I I'm taking appointment from your company on the date of 19th July 2021 this is our home inspection appointment of my car your inspectors not come at my site for inspect my car and no call no message regarding the appointment on that day after that next day rescheduled my appointment again no one came at my side again on 3rd day I reschedule my appointment again no one came at my site what I can do tell me and your company not working well I am totally disappointed with this

    I have sold my car to cars24 in June 2019, At Habsiguda Branch Hyderabad, till now they have done Rc Transfer, I have contacted them may time and every time I used to get the same answer ' WE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN COUPLE OF DAYS" Till now I have heard this answer more than fifty times and from last 6 months they have changed their answer to "IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION YOU CAN APPROACH LEGALLY" What should I do for this answer, Can anyone please suggest any answer for this.

    Latest Update: Today I got a call from a person stating that he bought my car yesterday, and he needs EC to transfer RC, so I asked him to contact Cars24, then replay was " After you sold your car to cars24 they have sold to some X in Feb 2020, X sold to Y in August 2021 and I have purchased the car from Y yesterday. that is after I sold to cars24 they have sold to someone and 3 ownerships was changed my Rc was not transferred.

    Now after 3 years they want me to come to the RTA office to get EC. and am not in a position to coz of the covid situation and I stay far from that place.

      This is regarding the RC transfer of the vehicle, Ford Figo KA51 MC 2053 that I sold last year November, 2020 through OLX Cashmy car service.

      On further investigation, it has come to light that the car has been further sold to Cars24.

      1. When the Ownership will be transferred and why this is taking this much time of 8 months
      2. Give a confirmation & attachment which says that the same is already filed with the RTA office.

      Please share the complaint number.

      There is no such response till now and now I contacted the Customer Service team again and mentioned that they will revert as soon as possible.

      Please let me know who is going to sort out this issue and give me a response on priority.

          1. Rc not yet transferred in buyer name
          2. No response from cars24 anna nagar branch
          3. Contradicting statements at every turn. All details im email trail complaint raised

          1. 3rd hand car sold on dec 17th 2020. As per my consistent follow. I was assured of rc transfer.
          2. But when your buyer not giving proper response they simply on july 2021 that buyer and seller agreed for rc transfer
          3. This is fraud act i have email and all proofs pertaining to substantiate what i was informed
          4. You give such big ads but dodge customers

          transfer rc to buyer name as committed by cars24 anna nagar branch asap

          multiple 40 days crossed already from dec 17th 2020

          this is the very reason i paid commission or service fee to cars24.

          Very importantly CARS24 Annanagar branch staff intentionally deleted photos and footage post assuring K4 police station inspector to provide within next 3 working days from Feb 13th 2021.

            Nobody visited for cat inspection even after paying 49 rupees, the person just called up and took car no, and updates in records that car inspection started.. Customer care didn't took action even after several call, not sure what would they do with customers after selling the car..

              I have booked Honda Amaze car from cars 24 app on 19th July 2021. I have paid Rs. 2999/- online and booked slot for inspection of car at my doorstep on 21st July 2021. But l didn't get car at my address on scheduled date and time. So I requested call back from cars 24 app. After some time I got call from cars 24 representative checked system and informed me that no driver is available for car which is to be sent at my address. and told me that tomorrow means 24th of July car will be sent and call get disconnected. On 24th I again requested callback from cars24. That time representative asked me what you have decided about car ? I told her that I didn't get car for inspection yet. She told me car will be sent to you on 29th of July but l asked to send it by 24th July itself. Still today no call or message regarding my car booking. Regarding same I already mailed on cars24 e-mail. It's worst car's 24 have no care or value about my time.

                Please stop calling me every week to find out if i am going to sell my car. I have requested a DND on your call center number and yet you do this. Besides the DOT of Indian Government has issued warning against tele marketing on the July6th. refer the Business daily on July 6th. You are really testing my patience.

                  I sold a vehicle Wb68j8608 to cars24 company on january, 2020. After getting NOC cars24 company did not change the ownership till now..Meantime i called several times to customer service and mailed...i know there was an insurance but i want to change the ownership instead of insurance. please help me

                      I would like to bring this fact to the notice to the CARS 24 and all the buyers that when you sell your car, insist on getting the transfer within stipulated time period. I am going through a very bad experience, as they have sold my car to such a bad person that he has been issued 10 challans in a period of just 9 months. They include rash driving, red light jumping, improper parking etc. And all these challans are in my name. He may kill somebody someday and I would be found guilty. So this is my humble request and a warning too, that I may be given required papers which show that my car has been sold to whom. Act ASAP.

                        Dear sir,

                        I had booked a used car Hyundai i10 with cars24 on 17th July with reservation amount of Rs.2999/- and requested for test drive appointment on 18th July 2021 2.00 PM - 4.00 PM. Since then I haven't got any call related to test drive. All calls are related to loan and finance of the car. I'm asking them to get the test drive done but no one calls. It's been 4 days I haven't got to see the car. I have been clicking on option need help so that someone call me but no one calls. There is no direct number to call on the application. This is very unprofessional especially when a customer is buying a product for 2.56 lacs. If they can't provide a test drive why are they giving appointment slots to user. Very frustrating and I will be no suprise if I cancel the booking my booking amount will not get refunded.

                          I have purchased a grand vitara DL9CK9674 on October 2020. And submitted my documents with original r.c to the selling person of car24. I have contacted several times to call centre and team members regarding my transferred rc and noc and also write few emails to them.
                          There I no response from their end and after 10 months I have got a reply of email which I have written them two days ago that my concern has be closed .
                          How your team will do this at their end with contacting me and where is the money and my documents which I have submitted with rc and noc charges rs. 7500. To Cars24 team member which has sell the car to me.

                            I had bought a car off cars24.com bearing in mind their 6 month warranty. When the car developed fault, treid to reach warranty company who are not reachable via phone, email or form on their website after trying all means severla times.

                            Fed up with this, tried to claim via cars24 customer care who haven't done much either. They opened a case but after several follow ups, are yet to get back to us with resolution.

                            AVOID THEM AND THEIR FAKE PROMISES AT ALL COSTS !!!

                                    I have bought a car model 2010 - I20 Sportz Registration number DL 8CT 2805 from your company Cars24.com, Metrowalk Rohini Branch, Delhi on 7th February 2021.

                                    The car is not working fine as its AC has not worked for two months. We were not able to complain due to Lockdown. Now we had a word with customer care through your toll free number and they told us to send the complaint via email as the car is in the warranty period of 6 months, which your company claims to its customers.

                                    After putting the emails to cars24.com and talking on their customer care numbers also no one is looking into the matter and they are just fooling us and wasting our time and guarantee period of 6 months..They are just torturing us mentally.

                                    Therefore kindly look into the matter on priority and tell us how and where to get the AC of the car repaired as it is still under 6 months warranty period or give our entire hard earn money back and take back your car as it is of no use to us without AC.

                                    Cars24.com is just fooling people but not providing any sort of services even though the product is still in guarantee period which they must.

                                      My name is naveen and home visit for selling my Vehicle done by Car24 team and also my vehicle HR-26-BV-3255 sold to Cars24 team on March 2021 and to date RC is not transferred no delivey challan copy received. Post several complaints they ignored my complaint. .Now it looks like they have sold this car also to some one else.Cars24 is fooling me i am totally disappointed kindly check and resolve as soon as possible In short, my experience w/ Cars 24 was unforgettable.I request everyone not to sell to Cars24.
