Complaint marked as Resolved First of all thank you for your platform because of that they have processed claim otherwise they were just ignoring my claim requests which I have sent through mail multiple times and their claim settlement phone was unavailable. I was trying since last six months. Thankfully, because of you they have given a light on my case and finally they have settled the claim around 74% of the total cost I have paid for car repair.
