people like the ones who are runing these fraud sites are responsible for the pathetic image of our conutry. we are trapped in the corrupt nation. i was a fool that i didnt read these reviews before placing an order.

to make sure these guys are real i called them and talked to a guy who said it was absolutly fine to place an order however he didnt pick up the phone ever after. my order was not delivered worth rs1500. these are who dont have morals. after trying 1000 times a guy picked up the phone and kept it on without talking, i could here the background noise.

we cant expect any action against these guys because our government has bigger frauds to sort out first. if i see the owner of this site i will slap him out of his face. my parcel was meant for someone specail.
i hope this site is real.

i have placed an order on 20th sept...wanted it to be delivered on 21t sept...next day i called the customer service number given on indiaflowerplaza.com[protected]

a rude lady picks up and disconnects the call..
i call her again she picks up and tells me...

"stop calling or i will cancel ur order.."
then she says " i am cancelling your order"

my money has gone...today is 21st sept...lets see by the end of day if the cake gets delivered or not...

doesnt this have a higher authority who we can speak to and complaint about this...

dont know why they let such people run business when they cant even handle customers neatly...

i will never recommend this website...

Yesterday i have placed the order from bangalore to Pune... sent some chocolates ... when i called to the customer care number .. 2 times no one has picked the call ..finally 3rd time one lady picked the call and told something in very rude manner :O( .. but in evening when my friend called me up and told chocolate has been delivered .. i was surprising .how come this much fast service ..well thanks a lot for this quick delivery :-) ... even i was afraid by reading above complaint about india flower plaza .. yeah that lady who picks the customer calls must be in manner .. she is sooo rude .. and she shouting like anything ... if some one from india plaza come across this .. please warn that lady who picks the customer calls...

I agree to what the other people are saying. I had a similar experience few minutes ago. I beleive such companies should be banned. I made an order last night on 18th Jan 2011 on the website which amchiemumbai.com and the order was routed to india flower plaza and specifically mentioned that the delivery has to be made before 9:00 am. Next morning i received an email stating my order has been shipped. However it is 11:00 am the order has still not reached. The money has been deducted. When I made a complaint on the above mentioned number at india flower plaza, a lady picked up the phone and started abusing. She used a very foul language which was extremely offending. Actions need to be taken so that people donot undergo such problems again. Please Help.

I INFORMED CUSTOMER CARE WITING 2 MINS OF PLACING ORDER THAT ADDRESS WITH RESPECT TO BILLING AND SHIPPING ARE INTERCHANGED THRU PHONE AND THEN THRU MAIL AS REQUESTED BY USELESS LADY.

i FOLLOWED WITH HER AFTER EVERY HOUR AND SHE REPEATEDLY ASSURED ME THAT ADDRESS HAS BEEN CHANGED AS PER MY REQUEST.

HOWEVER AS MENTIONED MY ME AS USELESS LADY DIDNOT GAVE MY MESSAGE AND FLOWERS WERE DELEVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS.

THE STORY DOESNOT END HERE. WHEN I HAD WORD WITH THAT USELESS AND DUMP LADY, SHE JUST STARTING ABUSING ME AS IF I HAD DONE ONLY SOMETHING WRONG.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLZ LOOK INTO MATTER AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in India from this site. However, no delivery was ever made and my credit card was charged. I sent two emails to this company to find out what happened. But I never got a response back from them.

I odered a birthday cake and flowers for my father birthday order number CART30068331 which was paod through CITI Bank credit Card, however delivery is still pending and when I contact them they abuse me and dont give any information to what happned to my oder , moreover lady on threantened me saying '' I will see how you Get your refund or Get order completed " .

This is a Horrible Flower delivery Site i have ever come across.
I called the Customer care service & there is this lady by the name of Madhusree . She says she owns it but she really doesn't know how to talk . She actualy raised her voice for no reason. She would not listen but speak first. Some one please tell her the basics of customer service.

Service is offcourse horrible. They didnot deliver on time nor they deliver what we ordered. But the worst part is the LADY screaming out there..Surprised to see that she offending everyone. I dont think she is the owner. She dont sound like a owner ..may be from the housekeeping dept of the store.

If she is THE owner then forget about customer handling skill..someone please teach her manners which she lacks.

Well, Recently I order bunch of flowers and cake on eve of my sister's birthday. I am so much glad that indiaflowerplaza deliver on time and make my sister's birthday special. Thanks to Indiaflowerplaza. I am very much impress with their services.

India Flower Plaza — Birthday Cake Not Delivered.

I sent a birthday cake for my brother on 20th August 2009 and which was promised to be delivered on 21st August 2009. But it never happened and upon calling the customer care the response was very rude as if they are doing favor to me.

The order number is CART21964453. These people are real cheaters and unprofessional.

Please look into this.

As per my last complaint the CART No. was CART21700023. And also without any notice they were delivering a cake after 2 weeks as a replacement when there was no one to take the delivery. So I sent them a mail again to send the replacemnt to a different address but no responses after that.

i odered i chocolate pack for my brother but it has not been delivered yet they are cheaters they should be punished for DO NOT RELY ON THEM CHEATERS

Hi, I do agree with the complaints because i have faced and came acrossed with the similar trouble with the website i have purchased huge gifts from this site but they have deducted the money when i ordered and then they gave half of the gifts at late night 10:30pm on birthday by which i was dissappointed when i tried to contact them they never picke up my call so i gave some messages by which they refunded my money therefore i request please fellow customers do not rely on this site i am saying this because i used this site for the 3rd time and this time i am totally unsatisfied

I recently ordered cake and flowers for my parents anniversary. The results was the same - The order was never delivered. I have made numerous calls to their number but all in vain. This is the price we have to pay for a weak consumer court and consumer rights in India.
Companies like India Flower Plaza continue to dupe people and ruin their special moments. I was so stupid not to check the authenticity of this website first.

I ordered a boquet of flowers to be deliverd on my frieds b'day in mid night on 5th march 2012.
