Refund not processed even after 3 months

This is with regards to the order placed through indiaflowerplaza.com for a cake in April. I cancelled the order, rec'd the cancellation but have't rec'd the money back. Whenever I call the Indiaflowerplaza.com, the lady on the other end starts yelling and asks me to call someone else. She refused to coperate and was very very rude. She starts yelling and puts the blame on the CCAvenue - the payment gateway!

Lapse of Delivery of the gift booked online

I booked cake, flowers n teddy bear for my little friend's bday. Booked it a week before the bday. An email before the delivery date stated it has been shipped. It was booked for 8th April, 2011 at 10am. It has yet not reached...its now 12am 9th april. Evening wen i searched for a number to figure out the reason for the lapse they said the delivery boy went twice n cud not figure out the house and instead of apologizing complained about...

Fraud company - Terrible services

India flower plaza is a fraud company, they can deliver all the things i.e. inconveniences, headache except your shipment. Whole scenario was like this - after going through the website i had placed a order where i was assured that my shipment will be delivered on the same day but after passing a considerable time my shipment was undelivered, when i have contacted customer care nobody picked up the phone reflecting the unethical behavior....

Misguided service and poor treatment

I made an order last night on 18th Jan 2011 on the website which amchiemumbai.com and the order was routed to india flower plaza.I specifically mentioned that the delivery has to be made before 9:00 am. Next morning at 7:50 am i received an email stating my order has been shipped. However it was not delivered until 11:00 am. The payment was made through master card - credit card has been deducted the same night of placing the order. I also...

Online Fraud

Hi,

I had made an online transaction of Rs. 775 from HDFC Bank to IndiaFlowerPlaza.
While performing the transaction, there was a problem with NetBanking.
However, after 13 days the bank got back stating that the transaction was successful.

The vendor India Flower Plaza denied having received any payment and did not provide the goods as per the transaction. The site from where I performed the transaction...

Product Not Delivered

I had ordered for a cake to be deliverd to my Kerala address. Although they took the charges from my credit card instantly the product was not delivered. But they sent a confirmation mail that it was delivered on 13th July. When I sent them the news that it was not delivered they promised to look into it and revert but after that inspite of many reminders they are not responding.Their last contact was 22nd July. Please look into the matter...

POOR DELIVERY

I HAD ORDERED FOR A DRY FRUIT MEGA TRAY GIFT FOR MY FATHER ON FATHERS DAY THIS YEAR. THE COMPANY CHARGED ME Rs 936.00. WHAT THEY GAVE WAS A SMALL PACKET CONTAINING ONLY 700 GMS OF DRY FRUIT AND CONSISTED OF 70 % RAISINS ONLY. MY QUESTION IS : THE ORDER AND PICTURE WAS FOR MEGA TRAY WITH 12 VARIETIES OF DRY FRUITS ; WHERE IS THE TRAY ? IT WAS BUNDLED UP IN A PIECE OF COLOURED PAPER AND ONLY 5 VARIETIES WERE TO BE SEEN. AT LEAST A DOZEN CORRESPONDECES...

non-delivery of birthday gifts

On August 1, 2008, I had ordered for chocolates to be delivered to my niece on her birthday on August 3, 2008 under Order CART 18284375. The gift was not delivered and they did not respond to emails and did not answer phone calls even. It was a day after the date of delivery when at 10 pm a lady answered the phone and very bluntly said the Order was cancelled.

Their address is Apex Flower Mart/ Flower Plaza at 207, Ruby Nest...
