[Resolved]  Caseily Accessories — Not giving the right product after payment

Casily accessories is an Instagram page selling mobile accessories. On 13/7/2020 I’ve ordered a lot of products and received them but I found 2 cases which worth ₹1200 is missing. I’ve asked for the right product for 2 months and finally he sent it but it’s not the product I ordered it’s a cheap quality one which worth (₹100). The seller (owner of caseily) KUSHAL RITA said was an mistake and also accepted for replacement. But till now 11/12/2020 i didn’t get the product even after continuous follow up for 5 months. I’ve attached the prod I ordered and the product I received with the complaint

The owner is sending offensive messages after marking this complaint as resolved. Dont ever purchase anything from him. He is very rude tbh we can call him as “psycho”… PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM

Caseily gave me the right product after 6 months

Lockdown period der was irregularities by the courier companies which was been informed to ths client as an option to wait or else to be refunded .
It was a genuine issue as maharastra had highest cases of covid .

He choosed for hold of the product and he will wait for it .

And as the lockdown opened uo completly .. the parcel was delivered

As i was a courier / lockdown / situation fault

While order id / ebill always given at real time when ordered
Caseily the owner is not professional at all, their approach towards customers are very rude, unethical, making fun etc etc. I paid on 6th May 2021 for 2 iPhone cases and after that I had tremendous struggle to get my stuff the us to chat with me and always give 1000 of excuses and false, wrong information about packages, everyday i use to message him about when should i get my stuff and i always get same reply with different types of excuses Reply- "tomorrow you will get it" Excuses "due to lockdown it's getting delay" "bcz of cyclone" " bcz of holiday shipping is closed" they have tons of types of varieties of Excuses, In the beginning he had given the tracking number and said check with Google where to track it - this is how he use to give incomplete and wrong information and when i track the shipment its show package is in somewhere Faridabad and i m in Mumbai, when is asked him why it's goin to Faridabad then he said it's a wrong tracking this incident happen on 7th May and after everyday i use to do a follow-up after this long chaos he shipped the parcel in 19th May atlast. Just Imagine I had been through so much mental harassment. Also he used to say to me " u didn't order even 1000rs and doing so much of cribbing" it means he only entertains those Customers who pay in lacs not in rupees.

So guys i just watch out before making any purchase with Caseily.

Kindly stay away from fake complains .. ! And reviews they have more then 1000 + customer base each are happily sastisfied customers i m one of them .. you can go to their insta page or whatsapp for customer reviews section .

This type of people are been paid by competitors for fake marketing and wrong brand image ...

If a page has 1000 + customers resellers followers around 10k operating since 2017 ...

They even provide e bill invoice for proof for the customers

They have caseily desk pannel for customer queries .

And hardly 2-3 ppl say u cn imagine the ratio of its origionality

And think out of 1000+ customers only 2-3 paid ppl r txting complaining ...

Whos right and whos wrong

I insist brand image getting affected ... strict action to be taken against such posts ..
The guy surya had posted fake complain as in the product more then is worth has been delivered for which the guy claimed that he ll pay the balnce amount as the product is recieved ... bt as the product got delivered to him instead of paying amount balnce to caseily accessories he started giving fake complain to the portal ... the guy is a fraud and a legal action to be taken against such fraudsters who think they are smart they are customers so they can do any rubbish stuff ... and use the system wrongly

I have ordered three times thinking that this time the owner Kushal Rita might improve but all these times the delivery period was more than a month and the mental harrasment that we have to go through which he doesn't care about
Bhai kal aajayega, giving fake tracking numbers, sending wrong products is the way he deals with customers
Btw some parekh nilesh said above that these reviews are written by competitors for negative publicity brother don't think such high of yourself do your job properly and you won't need to blame your shortcomings on others
Hi this is Aashiq from Coimbatore, I have ordered bulk unit of Google pixel 3 8nos on 17/sep/2021 with CASEILY accessories, the overall value of the device is ₹64000, he asked me to pay the full value via account and upi as half and half, i paid the full value as he guided, after the payment I have requested him to send me the consignment copy, he refused on that time and told me stories, but didn't receive the consignment copy, after 3days I have requested him again for the consignment copy, he started to tell me stories and finally I have got the consignment copy of Trackon courier, but the twist is thats wrong information, there is nothing for me and he pincode is wrong, after that I have requested him to send me right information, he is not answering the call, but he is messaging via whatsapp in a improper way, like he is saying that he doesn't have any time to answer my call and message, what I'm requesting him is send me goods or refund my cash or send me tracking slip, but still 25/sep/2021, I didn't receive the confirmations from him and also he send me again a wrong consignment copy, after the payment he is treating me like begger, I told him that I'm going to take this situation legally, he replied ok no problem, you selected me, you order me, you paid me, I'm not responsible for anything like that, and still he is not refunding my money after I cancelled the order,
