I have been booked my manchester united black training kit on the caseitup.in online store on 20/11/2019. I pay money through online worth price of rs 1300 to their bank a/c. But it has been almost a year now, there is no delivery of the product. I have also asked them for refund they haven't responded to the refund process that i have asked for. They are not sending any responses to me. I have contacted through their email for many times, but there is no reply from the caseitup. and their website is also not working since februarry. So i am filing these complaint against the www.caseitup.in online store for getting my money refund as soon as possible.
