I had ordered a bag from caseitup on 10th October 2019 today is 28th aug and still the product is not delivered. The company's customer care number is off there is no msg from the company regarding the product....

I have ordered two sweatshirt from caseitup.com but after order i didn't get anything in my mail i have tried complain through their mail but i didn't get any respond and the product haven't delivered and the website is now appearing now when i open... Just want to know how will i get my refund through this website who is fake and this kind of website should be filed fir by someone...

I've ordered a jacket from case it up on october 10th 2019. Their shipping policy states that the order will be delivered within 60 days. Still i didn't get my ordered item. I've tried calling the customer care number once. At that time they told me that i will get the item by second week of january 2020. Now the number is switched off. The website doesn't have option to cancel the order also....

I had placed order of rs.1199 on 3rd of dec 2019. My order no. Ciu9783. They assured us to deliver the stock within 29 days. But there is no information about tracking or order status on their site. I tried many calls to them but they didi not pick the call.

I ordered a man utd jersey from caseitup online on 17 aug, 2019. (Order no-#ciu6123). It has been now 3 months and still has not received any information regarding the delivery of the product. I have even paid the cost of jersey that's ₹1399. I request someone to look into this matter and if company is not able to delivery the product, i want my money to be refunded....

I ordered an real madrid customised jersey (Payment done) in first week of august which is still not delivered. I tried contacting the site via email and phone also but in vain. No one is even taking the pain to atleast reply me and redress my grievances. This is highly unprofessional on their part and resulted into mental harassment.
