[Resolved]  Caseitup — ordered jersey - not received

I ordered a Indian Cricket Team World Cup jersey from Caseitup. And it has been 3 weeks not but I didn't get any update on the same. While ordering, I received a confirmation mail and that's it. I tried to contact them on whatsapp but didn't get and concrete result. I told them to cancel the order but they refused. I already paid 1000/- for it online and now it is really sad to not get any updates on the same. World cup is already at half and I can't support our indian team wearing the jersey. I also tried to contact them using other methods but their contact page has been disabled.
