Dear Sir/Madam,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order. As per the latest updates from our head office in Thailand the shipment is stuck in customs as it comes via China. Because of the current situation with Corona Virus all the shipments are being scanned thoroughly and are being cleared after proper inspection which has caused severe delay in the clearance of the shipments.
We do not have any specific date of now as to when the shipments will be cleared, but we understand that we cannot keep the customer hanging. Hope you understand that this situation is beyond our control. We assure you that if the items are not delivered by 31st March, 2020 we will issue a full refund to you.
We expect your kind co-operation in this regards.
