I ordered a bose speaker and received a totally different product yesterday(22nd Aug, 2018). I tried calling them they didn't pick the call. I emailed them with the images of the product, but have not received any email yet.
As per their return policy if they receive any the return request with in 3 days they will process. But, I don't think this company is authentic.
Kindly don the needful
Their email address and phone number are both fake as they dont pick the call and even bother to call back.
