I have ordered bose bluetooth speaker and i have received a wrong product. I have sent attachment also on 11 august and have mailed you all the details even after that you are not taking any actio what # is going on. I am going to file a complaint in cyber cell for this kind of mob by caskbackkart.com.

I have talked with a female executive for the confirmation time, i have asked her that is this product original and she repliedes sir yes then i asked her that i have seen the name was boss on website and on the image it was bose, i think its fake then she said kyu sir fake kyu milega original product milega apko but vo refurbished hoga, product ek dum original h, then i said ok and she said kya m apka order confirm krdu then i replied hanji kr dijiye. And now on 11 aug i have recieved a fake product or may say wrong product on the behalf of the bose bluetooth speaker.

I have mailed them within 3 days of delivery and the same day also but no reply.

I have also call at that girl no. From which she called me for confirming the product but i found that the no. That girl was using is having outgoing only, no incoming service is there for that no.

I have also tried contacting to the seller but he didn't pick up the phone. He is also a scamer. The address of the seller was tedpl, d317, ground floor ganesh nagar complex pandav nagar, delhi.

I will do all the possible work i can do to # the website. I want my money back take your product and i want my money back.

I have call so many times to the customer service no. But they have a recording of some female voices say welcome to customer support you call is important to us please wait while we connect and then a other female voice say our executive are unable to receive your call please call after some time. The voice seems to be a recorded.
They are very big scammers i have seen all there movement in order to return policy they are very big mob. I am going to file a complaint in cyber cell regarding this issue or else you may send my money back and take your wrong product.
