CashBean — payment done but not update

Sir i take loan cashbean and pay whole amount with intrest still they are not updet my payment and say pay again i have my payment transaction id my icici bank says your payment was successfully credited in cash bean bank account. I pay in their rbl bank account my money by bank transfers.. Still they are tourcher and harish ment me... I am very depressed... What i have to do plz tell.. I pay money on16th march 2020 and amount was 7552in their rbl bank..
