Cashe — Abusive language used by staff and threatening words used. | |||||
Hi there, This is Pinky Biswas, my loan id- 623944, my issue is that today I have received a call from cashe collection agency, first they have called me and used abusive language and told me to die. This isn't acceptable from any service department, firstly they are not understanding my issue and then they are calling almost every one in my call list, I didn't provided any other number except the reference numbers I have provided. The people from service industry can't use this kind of foul language Priya and Mukesh this are the names of the employees who are very rude and using inappropriate behavior to earn their salaries and incentives which is not at all acceptable. I took a loan from cashe
They are so bad!!!
My mum underwent a surgery
I had to spend 1.5 lac for her treatment
So I was 3 month past due. As I had lack of finance
Now I don't have any cash and would be paying end of this month
But look at thes people
They are no humans at all!
This guy is charan cherry from cashe

I can only look unto ombudsman to help in such a matter.
