Updated by Eashu1804 Have loan was approved today and customer support guy called to updated the same, that loan will be disbursed within 10mins.
Save old issue, not i will have to wait for 7-10 days, then it will get cancelled.
Have applied due to some medical emergency at my end.
Cashe team i have been using Cashe for years now, please help your old consumer and disburse amount on priority.

I am tired of such responses which you have giving in mails since last 15 days.
Please understand that loan is taken bcoz of emergency, and i have been waiting since last 15 days now . Its completely defeats the purpose of taking loan.
Please disburse today itself, as committed by your customer support exective on call today.

Inspite of getting disbursal, loan gets cancelled .. reason mentioned disbursement failed
Will definitely file a case in consumer court .. making fool of old consumers.

Updated by Eashu1804 3 times my loan has been approved since 1st March 2024, then after waiting for disbursal for 7-8 days, they cancel the application stating disbursement failed. My applications have been cancelled 3 times in last 20 days, that too after approving the loan request. They call themselves and ask to apply for loan, stating some technical issue at there end.
On call they mention funds will be disbursed within 10 minutes, these 10 minutes turn into 10 days, then 10 months..
Customer support is useless apart from automated replies you get no help.
Why do you even approve loans when you cant disburse in time.????
Cancel the application is first go itself, so at-least we will not have hopes of getting funds.
Loan is taken for emergency and such delays and later cancelling the application is complete harassment on our part.
This inspite of me being a consumer of this app for 6-7 yeas now.

But disbursal didn't happen. I am tired of the fake commitments being made on a daily basis now.
