Cashe — Amount not disbursed into my account

My loan no is 4232374 my loan was approved on 20th 03.2024 .After receiving loan approval confirmation from both in mail and in application the amount is still not transferred in to my account. As I need this fund urgently I am requesting you to kindly transfer this amount into my account. It's been more then 8 Days now and even after rasing multiple tickets they still haven't transferred the money into my account. Please help me I really need this fund

Today a executive called me and said I have to reapply for the loan as my disbursement was failed due to technical issues. And she clearly mentioned that the amount will be disbursed today itself. Now when I reapplied as per the her instructions now the loan application started from the beginning..
I want to understand why this company is harassing us like this . After waiting for 20days they are doing this
