Earlier I applied for a loan from my approved Credit line. After 15 days one of executive called me and said they are cancelling the application due to some technical issues and I can reapply after that. I had reapplied. It's 5 days passed and showing processing as the earlier. Raised so many tickets, send several emails.. but automated replies only from your side . Either you cancel it or transfer the money. We apply for loan on some emergency. How it help if it takes such a long time.

Updated by Raiju Gregory Still processing.. either cancel it or transfer the money. Still getting sms and emails from Cashe that you are eligible for loan. Pls apply now and it will be transferred in now time. Wat the hell these people are doing. Already my loan application is processing by them for last one week and still asking me to apply for new loan.. wat a scam.

Updated by Raiju Gregory It's just an automated reply. This is the same happening to all my tickets raised in the app. No proper response yet. I am requesting you people to just cancel it. My first application was cancelled after 15 days and asked me to reapply. Now the reapplication is processing for last 7 days. If you have no money to, then why are you taking applications. Pls cancel it. It's the worst customer service from a loan app.
