Flipkart Gift voucher not received in my account but emi details showing in my account.
I have already get one email regarding this but i received only voucher code not get any pin, also I have checked my flipkart account related to same email but didn't get any gift voucher in my account.
I have tried to call customer care more than 50 times, email sent to support team but no use.

Dear Sutar, CASHe will transfer the requested amount to you in the form of Flipkart gift cards, sent over email, from where they can be redeemed. You would receive a link via SMS on your mobile number registered with CASHe, which you can alternatively use to redeem the gift cards. The email and SMS will be sent the request is approved. Please refer to terms and conditions of gift cards.

      This is the phone number of the Recovery agent who claims to be an advocate [protected], He is calling all the contacts without sending any legal notice.

      This is pure extortion and not following any RBI guidelines on loan recovery

          I wait on 11 Sept for auto debit but its not debited from nach registered account then I paid my emi on 12th Sep 2022 but still payment not updated in system and i receiving msg for payment pls find the attachment.

            I am using Cashe loan I wait for the autodebit emi but it's not done then i made my emi payment through phone pay on app given repayment account transaction is sucessfull but still amount is not credited to my loan account and in app its showing due.everytime this issue I was facing

              My Name is Raiju Gregory. My loan EMI is Rs. 8016 and EMI date is 5th of every month. On this month that is September 2022 EMI wasn't auto debited till 7th. I recieved a link from cashe asking to transfer the emi amount through that Razorpay link. I transfered the amou nt on 7th and the very next day th a t is 8th of September the amount got auto debited again. So there is an excess amount of 8016 at there end. I have mailed them regarding the refund of the excess amount taken. I got the reply from them that it the refund will be done within 72 working hours. But 4 adys have passed and no refund came nor any reply from them to my mails after that.

                My EMI.for.personal.loan was 8016. 5ht is the auto debit date. But this month auto debit not happened till 7th. I got a link from cashe asking to transfer through that razorpay link. I transferred the amount on 7th and I got the acknowledgement mail from cashe also. Then the next day that is 8th the amount got auto debited. I wrote a mail regarding the excess amount taken and asked for refunds. Got the reply that it will be refunded within 72 working hours... 4 days passed and no refund came.

                  I paid my due amount on 9th sept via razorpay link amounted rs 6116. But app is not yet updated since last 3 days and unnecessary charges is added everyday. Even I am getting messages and mails from bhanix to pay the amount. I raised complaint to [protected]@cashe but they are not solving my problem and instead just raising tickets.

                        I have made the payment before, i have done 2 EMI by google pay this month updated but for next still they are reviewing...1000 mail i have costumer support, totally waste.

                          Hi,

                          Last month i have made payment for my emi amount prior to due date.[protected] my due date was 7.8.2022.

                          I don't know about auto debit so i made payment. But next day they auto debited again .

                          I raised complaint. For one month i am giving complaint no response from them. But yesterday i dint pay my emi for this month but getting continuous calls and messages asking me to pay urgently.

                          I want my payment to be reflected or return my payment.

                          Till then I won't pay my emi .

                                    I want to raise a compaint against cashe app under section 66 and 72a

                                    That is against to Information Technology Act, Section 66: Protection against data theft has been provided under this section. This section imposes the penalty of imprisonment o[censored]p to 3 years or fine up to `5 lakh or both on the person who commits the crime of data theft.

                                    Under section 72A of the (Indian) Information Technology Act, 2000, disclosure of information, knowingly and intentionally, without the consent of the person concerned and in breach of the lawful contract has been also made punishable with imprisonment for a term extending to three years and fine extending to Rs 5, 00, 000.

                                      But till now payment not reflected, emi showing due i am already sent you mails many times. Only got SLC number.
