This complaint is regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the driver & conductor of “cluster bus” no. DL 1P D 0732 (Orange coloured bus). I boarded this bus from Saket metro station bus stop today (24th Sep 2019) morning around 8:30 AM to get down at DIPSAR bus stop. The driver did not tell me that bus will not go to my destination and gave me a ticket of Rs 5/-.
To my shock (and also of rest of the passengers of the bus), driver stopped the bus one stop before the DIPSAR bus stop and asked all the passengers to get down. On asking the reason by some of the passengers, the driver and conductor asked (very rudely) all the passengers again that the bus will not go any further and get down. When I asked the driver for the complaint book, he refused and referred me to the conductor who also refused. When I narrated the incident at the nearby DTC office, he informed me that the orange bus does not belong to DTC and complaint cannot be registered in DTC office. In the meanwhile, both driver and conductor got into the bus and left the place.
My questions is that if services of cluster bus cannot be managed properly then why are we buying more buses in?
If a complaint book is kept in all the buses, then how bus conductor/drive can refuse to give it to passengers?
May I know that What action will be taken against the driver and conductor of this bus?
Looking forward to an appropriate action on my complaint.
