I have allready play my due emi but i have recived daily call / whatsaap /mail for repayment. i am allready provide gooogle paymet snap for refrance for all cashe mamber. After recived snap shoot he or she not provie any update regarding this matter & i am allready sent mail many time but not respond.

      I have the made the loan payment of 14430rs on August 9th 2022 which is my last EMI amount and the EMI date is 9th and the payment is not reflecting in CASHe app and I’m going on getting calls and messages to make payment and also I have sent 5 screenshots to 5 agents in WhatsApp till now the proof of made payment via UPI and also raised 3 tickets I am not getting any response and also I contacted bank they informed that money has been reached to receipent bank account already.
      Please help me update CASHe app with payment which I made.

        I have applied loan three days before. Still showing verification status in the application. Im getting messages "upload documents in the application or send mail to [protected]@cashe.co.in "

        Im not able to upload the documents in Cashe application.

        so I have sent bank statement and aadhar to the mail id [protected]@cashe.co.in for many times. still getting messages from your end stating...

        I have taken loan amount of 18000 rupees in cashe app for the tenure of 3 months with the repayment of 6405 per month and i have paid all the emi's but the thing is they are trying to debit money in my account but due to insufficient funds im getting return charges of 500 everytime so i have lost 1500 till now. Even though i closed my loan in the month of july. I got debitted 500 twicein the month of july and once in the month of august

          I have closed my loan with cashe on the 30th of April this year. But still it is showing active when i checked my credit profile and hence itbis affefting my credit score as well. I tried tp contact them over phone, email and whatsapp but nobody ia responding and they even blocked me on whatsapp as well. I need help

            I'm very upset because even after making payment before the due date which is on July 29th 2022. However the payment was not updated from your end even after providing the proofs like the screen shot and the bank statement in which it clearly states that the amount was debited from account but it's not updated from your end for more then 10 days even after sending so many emails and messages through what's up to your...

            Nobody has responded so far for the complaint I have aided. I am getting continuous calls and emails for repayment. Where I have already completed the loan and no option to reply back... Pls help

            Paid the EMI befr for 4 days of due date. Still not reflecting... And no proper channel to communicate... I should have raised 100 of emails.. No use... Pls help
            My emi was due on 2 sep and I paid on 9th sept amt rs 6116 via razorpay link. I tired through upi id several times but it's not working. Even after paying the app is not yet updated and it still reflecting overdue and they are adding charges everyday. I mailed to [protected]@cashe but they are only raising tickets and not responding to mails. Everyday I am getting mails and messages from Bhanox finance to pay the EMI. This app don't have proper customer care number also to communicate.

              Hi Team,

              I'm very disappointed by how the things are handled by the customer service team. It's been more then 10 days but still my issue is not resolved and even after sending so many emails and what's up chat with them they we still not updated my payment information and due to which now my account is showing as defaulter and penalty is been adding up. However the payment was already made before the due date itself which was on July 29 2022 and the mode of payment was UPI from Paytm bank and the transaction id[protected]. I had sent so many emails with the screenshots and bank statement showing that the amount has been deducted from my account but no proper response from Cashe's customer service team. Kindly update my payment which was made on July 29 2022 and also remove the defaulter mark from my account along with the penalty charges. I have added document of the payment made and i hope this time your team will get it updated

                      As per reply, 72 hours already been exhausted, nearly one week over, still no updates has been made regarding my complaint, Please refund the same amount which being paid via manually .
                      I have already provided UTR /reference number of my transaction, anyone can simply fetch required information through that for proof, but don't know why its being delay in confirming the excess payment .

                              मैने cashe से लोन लिया है 5 July 2022.
                              मेरा पहिला emi का भुगतान 7 August 2022 को करना था लेकिन मैने समय से पहले भुगतान कर दिया 31 July 2022 upi के जरिए कर दिया मेरा upi id [protected]@aubank है और company का cashe का upi id [protected]@kotak है भुगतान करने के बाद app screen पर दिखाया की 24 घंटे में अपडेट कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन अभी तक अपडेट नही हुआ मैने कही सारे mail किए लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नही आया कृपया करके मेरा मदत किजिए और मेरा भुगतान किया हुआ पैसा वापस दिलवाए

                                I have taken loan 50000 in the cashe app. Later I paid EMI by paying UPI. after that again they deducted EMI(6702/-). I have been following with their support mail id but i am not getting proper response kindly help on this.
