I have made an excess payment to in cashe(Upi payment to bhanix) on august 3rd. I dropped an mail to cashe help desk explaining the excess payment of 17369. I got reply on august 5th, that amount will be refunded in 48hours.Till now its not refunded. Its so frustrating, I have sent more than 10 mails for them, no response at all.There is no contact number, its like we have to wait till when cashe ready to refund .I have medical emergency, no way, I am still waiting for the refund.
