I have paid full loan amount on 01 aug 2022.
my emi due date is 4 aug. still showing due in the application. payment details not reflected in the application . still getting mail to pay due amount. what is going on. kindly update my payment details.
even though i paid full loan amount. getting mails oftenly to pay due amount. i don't know what is going on. please update and fix the issue urgently. really frustrated
i have sent many times my bank statement to [protected]@cashe.co.in

CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have made the loan payment of 14430rs on August 9th 2022 which is my last EMI amount and 9th only was my EMI date and the payment is not reflecting in CASHe app and I’m going on getting calls and messages to make payment and also I have sent 5 screenshots to 5 agents till now the proof of made payment via UPI and also raised 3 tickets but no response and also I contacted bank they informed that money has been reached to receipent bank account already.
Please kindly update CASHe app with payment which I made.

    मैने cashe से लोन लिया है 5 July 2022.
    मेरा पहिला emi का भुगतान 7 August 2022 को करना था लेकिन मैने समय से पहले भुगतान कर दिया 31 July 2022 upi के जरिए कर दिया मेरा upi id [protected]@aubank है और company का cashe का upi id [protected]@kotak है भुगतान करने के बाद app screen पर दिखाया की 24 घंटे में अपडेट कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन अभी तक अपडेट नही हुआ मैने कही सारे mail किए लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नही आया कृपया करके मेरा मदत किजिए और मेरा भुगतान किया हुआ पैसा वापस दिलवाए

    i had taken the loan the first payment of the loan was on 7th August 2022 but i have already paid the loan and i tried to contact many times but no response i paid on 31st july 2022 no payment details received no answer i have given all the documents related to payment

      I have taken loan 50000 in the cashe app. Later I paid EMI by paying UPI. after that again they deducted EMI(6702/-). I have been following with their support mail id but i am not getting proper response kindly help on this.

        Cashe previous loan closed and after new loan request 3rd August but not disbursed loan amount not credited in my account
        But EMI is generated
        Customer care conversation to upload the statement with salary credited but not uploaded the statement doc
        Cashe app unable to upload the documents
        Please help us CASHe team and upload the statement and as soon as possible disbursed the loan

          I have paid my last due on 3rd august 2022, and received a mail of acknowledgement but again 5th August they debited the same amount again from my account. I have mail them with statement.

            EMI deducted via auto debit facility also and then via UPI cashe razorpay also
            Kindly refund excess EMI of INR 15253
            asap.. no response from their support yet

            And the emi paid via UPI

                I took a loan from cashe, they will take excess EMI in last month.it will be two time debit in last month.after that they will not replying.

                  My loan repayment date was 3 of August i paid my loan through upi. They sent an message you loan was cleared but today an amount of 7166 was autodebit from my account.

                  How to get my money back . Please help me. I tried to contact cashe through their support portal but no response from them.

                  I attached my account statement below where it was mentioned that repayment happned twice.

                    I paid settlement amount but till they send mail interest amount

                    Audit debit feature is not working. I am not able to make the payment through upi or debit card. I am getting so many calls from different people to make the payment and they are sending a rajor pay link which seems to be a fraud link. Those people does not have sense to speak with customer and they are using abusing language as well. Please help.

                      Hello RBI,

                      Why you are giving approval to this kind of cheap people

                      In Hand i got only 72k from Cashe, for 3 months i paid the EMI's on date every month. Then Covid came and due to that i missed my EMI for 1 year.
                      Then i resumed to pay 5K every month and i have only Rs.20000. And i asked 10 days time to pay it. But still they are harrassing me. Worst thing.

                            The last EMI of 17841 was pending which I paid and closed the loan but still another EMI was deducted from my account. I raised a case with cashe for a refund of the excess amount paid but no response from them

                                    Once I applied loan from cashe app they shown processing after 5, 6 days they shown money disbursed to my account when I checked my account it's not happend, that time I try to call cashe but there is no way to get them, then I mailed many times also attached my account statement, after many days they asking for money from me as emi repayment. When the customer peoples call I tell the matter happend to them they never give any solution for it next day another one call ... same repeat in day by day please do the need full
