Last 8 days I will wait for loan amount disbursed in my account but till today it's not credited in my Bank account. All the customer care no are always busy, nobody will reply anything. I will mail everyday for disbursement, but they reply they have some technical issue, that's why it will take some time. But I don't know how many days are wait for this disbursement.

Last 14 days I hear this speech. I apply this loan for urgent medical purpose. If I know earlier that your loan disbursement process is so much long then I am not apply. I want to know how many days I am waiting for this loan. It's really horrible loan app.

As per discussion had with customer care, every time they have taken 2 days more from last week. Today also they have said disbursement will be made today( 20.02.2024) or Tomorrow. But they are confirm the date. Kindly confirm where I will go for my loan disbursement. I required this loan for some urgent medical purpose.

I want to as a customer how many days are waiting for this disbursement. Every time you had sent the same massage. You and Your customer care executives are not known when the disbursement will made. Kindly clear either YES or NO. If YES the when it will be made. Or if NO then clear, you are unable to make this disbursement. Then I will try something else. Don't hanging this matter so long. I have taken this line for Urgent Medical purpose. I don't have 16 days time for this lazy disbursement process.

    My loan was approved on 10 Feb 2024. Loan amount is not disbursed yet. I have already raised a compliant with cashe however my issue is not resolved yet. They are sending same canned responses. Its been more than 5 days.

      Loan has been approved on 1st Feb 2024, documentation completed, ENach completed and shown as disbursement in process will credit within 24 hours .

      After 24 hours raised a ticket then informed due to technical issues delayed the disbursement will process as soon as possible.

      After 72 hours again raised a ticket then again informed due to technical issue with banks for smooth disbursement we are trying hard, will credit within 5 days .

      After 10 days same repeated story
      After 15 days again same repeated story

          E mandate signed but loan not disbursed

          Applied for a loan on 8th January and got a call same day stating your loan is approved. Post that after multiple follow ups got a call on 31st jan to sign e mandate post which loan will be disbursed immediately. I followed the instructions and signed e mandate on 31st january 2024 but loan is not disbursed yet. After multiple follow ups I am still getting the repeat answers like your loan will be disbursed in 24 to 48 hours also at times...

          Personal Loan against approved credit line not disbursed

          #CLN12065389 My CASHe Customer ID is 12065389. I've applied for a personal loan from my CASHe approved credit line on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 15th Feb 2024. 15 days have passed but my loan has not been disbursed. As per the CASHe website the loan was supposed to be disbursed within 30 mins of approval. What kind of Instant personal loan is this? Will I ever get the loan amount credited to my bank account? How many more 24 to 48 hours...

          Hello,

          This is regarding my loan application number #CLN21267907. The loan was approved on February 12, 2024 but has not yet been disbursed.

          I’ve tried raising this concern through tickets multiple times but have not received the funds yet. Every time the ticket is raised, I keep getting an automated response from the team.

          I’ve applied the loan for an emergency situation that prevails in the family right now.

          I would really appreciate if my loan is disbursed fast.

              Loan not disbursed but e-mandate is done

              After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them. We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

              Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

              I always paid on time sometimes before time my limit got increased and this time it got approved and on processing its been 10 days, and still the amount not credited if you wont provide on time either you cancel or else credit it on time, i tried to reach through insta, twitter, mail everywhere the automated reply only.

                    Cashe didn’t even bother to reach out to give a proper timeline and has just been sending automated response through emails.
                    Had this been regarding recovering their dues I believe they would have called up their customers and checked.

                        I have applied for a loan in Cashe and got approved by 31st Jan, 24. Till this moment the amount is not disbursed, status in the application is "Processing". But as part of the document collection they have already taken my signed e-nach for auto debit. I tried contacting the customer executive who has helped to complete the application, not responding. Tried to escalate over mail 7 times, the response was very pathetic as they're facing technical issues from the bank side so n so. And within 5 days the issue will be resolved. But no relevant actions were taken till now. I am worried that even before getting the loan amount I may have emi or not. I reached out to them out of an emergency and I was expecting the money within hours. This was such a shock for me at that moment when I was trying hard to get the required amount.

                              As per their policy, upon approval, loan amount has to be disbursed within a few hours or within a day. It has been 5 days since approval and I keep sending Cashe team emails. Their response is always a standard template. No one to talk to. If there was this delay, it should be informed in advance before applying as it gives the customer the choice to decide whether to go ahead with cashe or another lender. This is dismal and pathetic. I don’t understand how these companies are working now. They define their terms and then change it at random. Loan is taken for an immediate requirement which is why all signatures and e mandate is done on time. After all this, cashe doesnt care to even properly respond.

                              This is the response from CashE. This is no different from the previous email. Absolutely nonsensical response.

                              CashE sends a whatsapp message asking do you still want to continue loan disbursal or terminate contract since disbursal is delayed. Which company does this after all the approvals? Now they dont want to respond to anything. No customer care to talk to or complaint. Only emails when tickets raised are all general and template mails. They will respond back here stating they will do the necessary and then send personal email stating its still taking time. Horrible experience. If you need funds in emergency this is not the right place. Im still in need of funds and cashe doesnt provide support despite collecting all documents, verification, e mandate and auto debit sign. Strange.

                                Hello team,

                                My Customer Id is: 1853625. I've applied for a loan on Cashe on 24th Jan, 2024. After finishing up with the application process, I've got an update that, loan will be disbursed soon. But, since then it's been close to a month and yet not disbursed.

                                Hence, I'd request you to intervene and speed up the disbursement to make sure the money is disbursed asap.

                                I was informed by the CASHe team in this complaint thread that the team will get in touch and this has been forwarded to the relevant team for priority disbursal. However, there has been no attempt from CASHe to establish a contact with me, not to forget, the funds have still not been disbursed.

                                It's gonna be a month since the loan was approved and ready for disbursement. Please don't ask me to be patient. I've been very patient and been very composed. Kindly disburse the loan asap! Unless it's an emergency, no body would ask for a loan I guess. You better understand that and process the loan asap.

                                The scheduled emi date is 24-02-24. The disbursement hasn't been credited and the EMI date is closing by. I'd request you to disburse the amount and change the EMI date ASAP.

                                  I still haven’t received the amount yet and as of now I am not need of it anymore so I want to cancel it because what if they process the amount and I am not okay with it anymore and they don’t have option to cancel it.
                                  This is totally wrong. I don’t want to pay unnecessary interest later.
