    I have taken loan of 10000 from cashe 2 years back but due to log down situation at the time I didn't pay the loan amount but after the lock down at 2020 December or 2021 January I already paid 10000 amount where as they told that my amount is increased with interest to 23000 but also told that I will pay 10000 and my loan will be cleared where as at the long down situation Indian government declared that no company can take interest from customers due to pandemic situation amount and right now I am getting calls from cashe and my friends are also getting calls from cashe. I name you are shared my friends number but they beast or hacked my data and took the numbers from it and continuously harrassing them and myself also. Launch a complaint just cashe for personal harassment and data manipulation

      I have taken Laon from CASHE Mobile application of RS 70000 & loan account no is "[protected]". I have done the complete payments on 26th march 2022 of RS 65000 through online net banking. after done the payment the cahse team are still depositing the cheque into my account on 28 th. due to which these is leading to impact my cibil score. i request you please take the action against these cashe

            I had taken a loan with Cashe and paid on time and they offered me a limit of 57k I'm not able to pay the EMI from last 3 months but they are calling my brother and abusing my mother and sister. I urged them a time of 5 days which they are not giving.

              I got Rs 150000 loan from cashe. In my account it was created 132000/- and I repaid total 186000/- But still my account is active. I have informed so many times your executive Mr Srikanth and that MC mobile number is [protected]. That MC blocked my number and didn't respond to my call.                 I applied for loan on 21st of march however i was given misinformation about the repayment of the loan so that loan was cancelled from Cashe and another loan i raised which was approved yesterday. I completed all the steps which was given in the cashe app yesterday but still my loan amount is not disbursed.

                There is no customer care number to contact with. I am attaching the screen shot of the status showing in the app since yesterday.

                Kindly look into this case and respond me asap

                  As per discussions of cashe team and follow up the mails. There is some waiver off on penalty charges and paid that amount.
                  I have cleared the my loan amount with waiver off of penalty charges. Recently I checked cibil and showing the settlement instead of closed. I have sent mail to cashe customer care but there's is no reply from them.

                  I have cleared the entire loan amount not the settlement but In cibil its updated as settlement and attaching for your referance.

                  Please update loan as closed and confirm on tha same. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir, cashe loan the collection agent is behaving very badly after making the payment also they are calling my contact persons and speaking very badly and treating the ladies in my contact very very..., they are also posting photos of some naked ones with my family photos. Pls take necessary action on this app or help people like me in this country.

                          I had taken 2 loan out of which the first was cleared b4 time so they offered the second one which was taken for 53000
                          Now due to health issues I had not made the payment on time which was explained in email.

                          Now they are calling in all my contacts and using abusive language from a remote number .

                          This had become very difficult to deal with nor they are considering previous loan relation and giving time so that I can catch up with payment

                            CASHe team has haking all my contacts and calling everyone to use abusing words and wants to forcely suside. Already for this activity my mother was hospitalized. A lot Calls having in a day. So much pressure it was very difficult to live. So I need to take decision to die.

                                I have taken a loan from Cashe and paid almost around 1.2lac and have pending emi totalling to 70-80k. Due to then unfortunate COVID situation we were unable to make the payment. However, i have been trying my best and been making payments when i get funds. Today one of the executive by the name Abishek Sharma[protected] called on this number and spoke very abusively to my mother. The words used were unpleasant and unruly. Never expected to go through such a situation. I preferred cashe based on the feedbacks from other customers. But the way your team treats with such abusive language and threats it is highly unlikely that I would recommend anyone to do business with cashe. This needs to be dealt seriously as this is not a best practice and neither it is permissible by RBI guidelines. I would need a written confirmation on the action taken against this issue.
