      Sir,
      I have taken loan of ₹ 40000 from Cashe and I have first EMI due on 26/12/2021 . Cashe has initiated mandate for EMI deduction but till 5pm EMI has not deducted from my account, so at 5:30 pm I have paid online TO AVOID PENALTY AND CHARGES and got confirmation of payment from CASHE. Even though CASHE has deducted ₹295 from my account for failure of MANDATE

        I had manually paid the EMI for December on 15th December(rs 7216). Despite the payment, cashe has deducted another 7216 through e mandate on the same month on 28th December. I have raised a ticket but no response yet

            Dear Team, I know every customer should pay borrowing amount on this though to collect money sharing my loan information with reference is not good wherein I am connected always.
            I am not able to pay pending amount hence I request to convert the amount in easy EMI..
            Pls take action against telecall agency as
            Using false language with reference & my self..

                I got approval for loan on 1.12.2021. But till it is showing me that still in processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval, Lot of time I have sent mail to help desk but not respond received from any one.

                    Loan approved but not disbursed

                    Address: 17 256 Shankara nilaya, 18th cross , Armane nagar

                    I have completed the e-mandate and Esign on Monday 20.12.2021. But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval....

                    My loan has been approved and no disbursement has been made. Issue mentioned was bank related and ETR of 72 was provided has lapsed. Emails sent to the support ID are bouncing.

                    There is no response from the company.

                          I have repaid the EMI to cashe dated[protected] via UPI PAYMENT MODE
                          [protected]@kotak.I paid the payment throught Paytm app.

                          Payment d bites from my account, acknowledge slip shows payment successfully credited to Bhanix Finance and Investment Ltd, kotak mahindra bank account number - [protected]. UPI REF NUMBER[protected], but instead of repeated intimation and MAIL CASHE not confirmed the payment and demanding another payment.I have shared my bank statement also .
                          Kindly do the needful.

                              4th dew paid on -7.12.21
                              For your reference i was attatched my account statement as in pdf format

                                Cashe application cln [protected] i'm using since sep 2021. For october and november month they debited my emi on time thru ecs. Dec 16th is my last emi due date. Even though i had sufficient funds in my bank account. They failed to auto debit my emi. It has became a head ache for me. I wrote two times email to their support team with bank statement attached proving i had sufficient bank balance available. How ever they did not revert...

                                My loan approved on 11th Dec with e-mandate and everything but still the amount is not credited.i checked mouthshut app and noticed that this is happening with everyone where they use amount for 10 days and simultaneously they are charging interest which is an clear fraud

                                  I have paid all my dues before the due date but the payment is not reflecting in my account nor I hav received any payment received message from CASHe.
                                  I have sent a lot of emails but there is still no response from CASHe. They have only given a support mail ID to which they don't respond and there is no other way to contact them.

                                  Please let me know what to do now?
                                  Already paid amount before due date but same hasn't reflected in my account.

                                  Even I didn't get a single response from your team .

                                  Already shared account statement, transaction reference number.

                                  What's should I do?

                                  You customer care isn't responding.
                                  Should I registered a FIR against Bhanix Finance & Investment Limited .

                                  As per New RBI rule i should complaint that's transaction within 7 days.
