I am unable to pay loan, I am not on a job yet.
Getting harassed by agents, saying will send recovery agents at home.

I told I ll make the payment in few days, they are not listening.

    As per payment waiver off cashe given a payment intrest due to close the account as they said the final amount to close, I paid at that same day 6594rs .thereafter they are not replying to me and account on sever condtion, pls close the account

      Recieved loan approved mesage but in Gpay it is showing it as verification in progress

        I did pay my all the outstanding amount which was due from last 5 months…before the payment cashe collection agents was commit me to waiver off my penalties and they will share waiver letter and loan closing letter within a day…but now the are not responding of my calls and massages. after that day i issued a mail to [protected]@cashe.co.in now it's been 8 days but still having the reflecting penalty on my cashe account. penalty amount hit 5 times and bounce in 8 days because of nil bank balance...just because of liar collection agents and bad customer service now 2500/- bouncing charges reflecting on my bank account i don't know how to clear this all and who is payble for this but this is very disappointing to me because there is no service for this all..im not very rich to pay all this easily i requested you to please solve this all..

          Plz update my repayment date.. my loan mob no is [protected], my loan amount is 45000 for 6 month.. I have ref no of payment... plz process this fastly ..dont overdue my loan.. thanks cashe..team

            Hi,

            I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to other EMI payments. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls. So they are threatening my peers and asking me to borrow money from other people. As per RBI guidelines bank cannot discuss about my loans with anyone. However, they telling everyone about that.
            If I'm lacking behind they can send me legal notices but which they aren't doing instead they are harassing my relatives.
            I didn't banks do such unprofessional activities even we have right guidelines for it.

              They have not given the complete inhand amount and it's been more than 45 days but they are not fixing this issue.

              They replied that the amount will get credited in 7 working days but its been more than 3 weeks and they are not responding to my email now.

                I am receiving many auto calls from Cashe asking for take loans. I have blocked many numbers but still they are calling me from different numbers. Attached is the list of Cashe numbers which i have blocked till now. Even blocked the number they are calling me from different numbers. I even raised support request to delete my account in Cashe and also remove my data but no response from them. Kindly help me out.

                    I have paid all the dues, penal interest before due date of 26th and closed my loan. As there is no way to contact cashe customer care for loan clouser after shown in Cashe app as loan closed, the next day i saw 2 times mandate fail charge bounce charge Rs.295 each was deducted from my account.this is purely illegal.kindly refund my money to my bank account.This is my cashe account no.

                    Today again 1 more time Rs.295 deducted from my saving account what to do.This is a pure fraud as after closing and paying all loan amount they are still taking and deducting bounce charge from my account by putting mandate or cheque

                        Dear Sir,

                        On date 06/01/2022, Approx. Rs. 14000 was debited from my account and credit into your account through the mandate procedure but that mandate was not signed by me and mentioned mobile number and mail id is not mine and not being used by me. Some one take loan from you and in ECS system, submit my account details for debit. This loan was not taken by me.

                        Request to do the needful in this connection on priority and credit my money back.

                            While creating the account they literally forced me with many calls.My situation got worst I explained about it through mail for reducing interest rate.They are charging me heavy interest rate.I asked them to reduce the interest rate so that i can pay the whole amount immediately by taking personal loans.I am in suicide state .My repayments amount is more than my salary i cant afford it .Please help me out .I just want to comeout of this.And also for repayment their upi request is not working.Only three more days for the dues.I called them.I mailed them.But no one is responding.I cant pay late dues and all.Please help me out from this.Otherwise i have to die no other go.My salary is only 30000 but repayments for all loans are more than 70000 for all loans.My repayment due is on an 15.But their upi request is not working.Kindly solve the issue before jan 14

                                  My last emi is Cashe. One time amount is auto debit and one I have already pay via UPI. But my one EMI amount 7168/- is not refund. I have send many time mails. But not contact me.

                                  Emi debited twice in February.. on 06/02/22 i paid via UPI... And on 07/02/22 it got auto debied..

                                    I had asked a friend to make a payment of INR 20041 on Nov 13th 2021 through Razorpay link that was sent by CashE. After getting the payment done I shared the payment confirmation screenshot with a CashE agent on whatsapp. He acknowledged and said he would get it updated. Till today, after multiple interactions with [protected]@cashe.co.in, no resolution has been done. My all payments ents are upto date. Still.I receive multiple smses, emails, whatsapps daily to make payment.
