1st dew paid on - 26.08.2021 - 19:44:18 - and cheque number[protected]
2nd Dew paid on - 30.10.2021 - 17:20:29 -and cheque number[protected]
3rd Dew paid on - 30.10.2021 - 18:29:19 -and cheque number[protected]
4th dew paid on -7.12.21
For your reference i was attatched my account statement as in pdf format
So i kindly request you to refund my amount of RS 3943/-
With this mail i was attached my transaction statement, So please Verify it and kindly Do the needful.

    Cashe application cln [protected] i'm using since sep 2021. For october and november month they debited my emi on time thru ecs. Dec 16th is my last emi due date. Even though i had sufficient funds in my bank account. They failed to auto debit my emi. It has became a head ache for me. I wrote two times email to their support team with bank statement attached proving i had sufficient bank balance available. How ever they did not revert...

    My loan approved on 11th Dec with e-mandate and everything but still the amount is not credited.i checked mouthshut app and noticed that this is happening with everyone where they use amount for 10 days and simultaneously they are charging interest which is an clear fraud

      I have paid all my dues before the due date but the payment is not reflecting in my account nor I hav received any payment received message from CASHe.
      I have sent a lot of emails but there is still no response from CASHe. They have only given a support mail ID to which they don't respond and there is no other way to contact them.

      Please let me know what to do now?
      Already paid amount before due date but same hasn't reflected in my account.

      Even I didn't get a single response from your team .

      Already shared account statement, transaction reference number.

      What's should I do?

      You customer care isn't responding.
      Should I registered a FIR against Bhanix Finance & Investment Limited .

      As per New RBI rule i should complaint that's transaction within 7 days.

        I have already paid my Emi amount Rs.3583 before due date on 14th December 2021 for my cashe loan but it is still not reflecting in cashe app.
        please look into this matter and resolved asap

          I have taken loan in CASHe (2.84) Lac and I have deflated payments

          I have paid 1.8 Lac but my current situation is very worst and have financially issues and i want settlement my loan and for this i have sent mail 20-25 times and discussed also.

          But they don't want to settle loan and asking 2.2 Lac for close loan.

          but CASHe team threating me to pay the payment immediately and they are calling my family member, friends and relatives as well my reference numbers and they are talking very rudely Unprofessional and misbehavior attitude towards customer

          Every day call received from my family member friend at least 20-25 times in one days

                I have taken loan and its approved but however the loan is not disbursed . Its showing will take 5 days due to bank payment issue . For a company that deals with financing unable to disburse amount to customer why are u taking applications and approved ??? Iam not the only customer facing such issue every wr i read the same review . Now i[censored] r not Able to disburse the amount kindly reject or cancel my application

                        I have paid my Cashe emi on 30/11/2021 and emi is not reflected. I asked them about it their customer service agent named "Dolin" asked me to wait for 24 hours. I followed up with the after 36 hours and after 6 days no reply from them on the emi payment status. From online research customers complain that they are repeating this to charge people twice and if you are not able to pay 2 times a month the will blackmail and charge late payment charges

                            But till now they are not providing NOC.
                            They are making threat calls which humilating me and depressing me in all aspects.

                                    I have paid the entire amount and closed the loan completely and still my emi got debited ..its been more than four days still my emi has not been refunded no proper response from these people ...I need the amount to be refunded soon ...worst experience even no customer service contact number and the number they provide js also not working ...how to get refund if it's not getting refund I will surely lodge a complaint against cashe
