      I have already paid the remaining amount on 9th Oct 2021 for my cashe loan but it is still not reflecting in cashe app.

      I have already sent mail and bank statement.

      Please look into this as I am having medical condition. Please help

      please tell me issue resolved or not?
      I paid my 1st due 3583 amount, payment is successfully paid but payment not reflect my moblie i attached my upi transactions screen shot so please help me

      Don't pay it in UPI they haven't developed it properly. You sent them email after 24 hours and make a record and also raise a dispute in 36 hours in the UPI app with Bank. After a week time go to bank directly and give a written compliant that amount is paid but receiver didn't received. Bank will check and tell what the status and you will get reversal if transaction failed. Still cashe is not acknowledging the reception of payment raise a with RBI https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/Complaints.aspx using this link after 1 month along with all the attachments. Hope this helps stop taking loan from NBFC and start using Banks for loans.

      I made the full payment of my loan through UPI I'd but it's not reflecting in the app I mailed cashe but they said they are unable to recognise the transaction i am adding the screenshots of the transaction

            I have appllied loan on 9 oct, and it got approved also but after approval got a msg from cashe saying while transferring amount to your bank account facing issue and it will be resolved with 5 working days ..

            Issue bcz of some ETR .

            I'm worried very much is that amount will get credited r not ..

              Loan Amount: Rs. 80000/-
              Current Total Dues: Rs. 139756/-
              Total Penalty Dues: Rs. 82511/-
              Total Principle Dues: Rs. 57245/-
              Waiver Amount (on penalty charges): Rs. 82456/-
              Payable Amount (including waiver penalty): Rs. 57300/-
              which was paid on 12 aug 2020 amount 57300 and received NOC on 10th nov after 12 dec 2020 to till date I have contacted each every person of cashe by call e-mail but after that I am still receiving sms, e-mail and call to pay different different amount which is affecting my cibil score, and my physical and my mental health, please help me to over cover from this stiuation

                What's should I do?

                You customer care isn't responding.
                Should I registered a FIR against Bhanix Finance & Investment Limited .

                As per New RBI rule i should complaint that's transaction within 7 days.

                      Hi- I have a customer of CASHe from past couple of years and the service is good..
                      this time am facing issue..
                      I had applied for a loan on 5th Oct 2021, however it seems that there are certain documents missing and been receiving the IVR calls and messages informing the same, however due to unknown reason not received any notification from CASHe on my registered email [protected]@hotmail.com.
                      I sent them a message informing the issue from my official email I’d [protected]@stxxxxet.com to provide me the missing documents list but no response received . ticket # 7276906 for reference . Since I cannot change the details in the app until the verification is complete, I had emailed the bank statements for 3 months already.
                      Can someone look in to this issue and get this missing documents issue resolved ASAP
                      I can be reached at the registered number and alternate number registered with cashe

                      I have received a. Call from CASHe stating that the loan is approved and to do the needful in the CASHe App, however the app still shows verification in progress and not updated with the status. Also, no notification received in the registered mobile number as well.. please check and do the needful to proceed

                          I undersigned Meeta Ketan Bhatt have borrowed loan from cashe on 03/09/21 it was disbursed in my account very soon, i appreciate that, but i have a complain regarding repayment my first EMI was due on 04/10/21 but i already paid the EMI before due date that is on 02/10/21 through Kotak Mahindra Bank on UPI ID [protected]@kotak. Ihave already shared the payment reference ID to support team through Mail.
                          but till date i am getting messages and link for repayment
                          i have made payment of Rs. 2508/ which was the EMI to be paid
                          please solve my querry as soon as possible

                              Dear Sir,
                              This is Gopala Krishnan from Tenkasi. I am a customer of cashe . Its my cashe Loan number 6451084. I paid the first loan in cashe properly .The credit was given for the second time in the cashe .I had to stay in the hospital for two months due to my father's ill health .So I could not go to work. Only I could not repay the loan on time .But I do not intend to repay the loan .The cashe officer who contacted me at the cashier spoke poorly to me .It caused me distress .So asked me to take action against the person who spoke poorly to me. There is no point in sending multiple emails to cashe emails .And a cashe officer made me pay the first installment saying that I will solve your problem .As he said August 31 I paid my first installment of 6000 rupees .But after that the officer did not solve my problem. Then he turned down my call .I realized that they were not going to solve my problem and I wanted to repay my loan .So I asked for help from a cashe officer to repay my loan .He said he would repay my loan and buy my loan NOC. He told me to pay only 12000 rupees. He also said that he would buy the NOC of my loan in 7 more working days. Rejects my cell phone message too .If you see that I can complain about this further they will ignore me without answering my problem .Let I finally trust you with all my heart and share this with you in the hope that you will get a good solution to my problem .My problem to solve. I humbly ask.

                                EMI of rs. 4957 was deducted from my ICICI account on 22nd September. I got payment confirmation email as well from Cashe but now they are calling me and threatening me to make the payment. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that issue is not at their end but at Cashe's end. I have sent like 11 emails to cashe with all details but there is no response. Instead, their recovery agents are calling me for no reason at all and threatening me. This has unnecessarily impacted my cibil even when I have paid. I habe no idea how to get this fixed as the customer service is pathetic. Please see if you guys can help.

                                I'm facing same problem but I'm not like you will registered FIR against them and let them cyber cell handle them.

                                    Have taken a loan from cashe in last December, cleared all dues but still NACH has not been stopped and every month more than 3000rs getting debited as bounce charges even though the loan is closed. Kindly look into this.

                                      इनके रिकवरी वाली टीम सबसे बेकार है।उनको बात करने में वसूली की बाते कम और मां बहन की गंदी गालियां ज्यादा निकलती है।वसूली करो पर कायदे से करो।बिना रेफरेंस के मोबाइल नंबर पे ये लोग फोन करके उनको भी गंदी भाषा का प्रयोग करके तकलीफ दे ते है।
                                      मेरे से एक ही गलती हुई की मैं cashe का लोन टाइम पे नही दे पा रहा।पर उसका इन cashe वालो ने मेरे रेफरेंस में मैने 2 मेरे सिस्टर्स का मोबाइल नंबर दिया था जो मेरे ही साथ मेरे ऑफिस में काम करते है।उनको भी गन्दी भाषा का वापर किया मैने रिकॉर्डिंग करके रखा है।
                                      जब मैं कल चंद्रपुर में गांधी चौक पुलिस स्टेशन पोहचा तो इन लोगो की गंदी गालियां वहा के ऑफिसर्स ने भी सुना
                                      कृपया आप का लोन तो मैं चुका दूंगा लेकिन आपने आपके पैसा वसूल करने के तरीके से मुझे और मेरे रेफरेंस वालो को जो मानसिक तकलीफ दी है उसको कैसे वापस करेंगे
                                      आप cashe ने रिकवरी करने के लिए क्या गंदी भाषा की वापर जरूरी है क्या?
                                      संविधान ने आपको अधिकार दिया है पैसा वसूली का कायदे से वसूल करो।
                                      मैने 4 रेफरेंस दिए थे उसमें
                                      एक अस्मिता ठाकरे जो की हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट थी उसका प्रूफ भी मैने आपको भेजी पर उनको भी गंदी भाषा में गालियां दे रहे थे।2 अनजान लोगो को भी फोन करके मेरे नाम से उनको भी धमकी दे रहे थे
                                      आज भी वही गंदी भाषा का उपयोग करिए harrasment कर रहे है जब की मेरी अभी 30 sep 2021 तक 6134 का भुगतान करने को तयार हु और 6134 का 30 oct को करने को तैयार हु।पर इतना भाषा का स्तर सुनकर मुझे ऐसा लग रहा है की cashe का लोन वसूली करने का तरीका बहुत खराब है।
                                      वैसीही RBI और CYBERCELL पुलिस भी मेरे को साथ दे रही है
