Dear team I am Manoj Paul, Registered mobile no. [protected], a regular customer. Now days I am facing issues with mail sending to your support and documents mail ID.
Whenever I am sending mail on your "[protected]@cashe.co.in and [protected]@cashe.co.in" it's being bounce always due to some of your mail id "SUMEETKAUR.[protected]@cashe.co.in" and one more id's mail box is full. So that whenever I am sending my requested documents to you for processing it's coming to my mail box not delivered.
Please look into this and do the needful.

    Cashe is calling anyone and everyone from my building, friends and relatives to perform the collection practice which is not as per designed by RBI. Firstly who gave them the rights to contact Third Party for someone else's loan and they are abusing and giving threat to them as they only have to pay the loan amount. I am going to file a legal complaint against such harassing collection practices and get your license suspended permanently.

      I have planned to close my loan and paid my total due of 86600/- on 1st May 2021 through my UPI. It is successfully debited from my account but the Cashe application did not confirm my payment. I have sent them multiple mails regarding my issue and attached screenshots and bank statement for their reference. It is nearly 7 days but no one is responding. I am sending a reminder email to [protected]@cashe.co.in getting a reply stating they received the ticket and concerned team will close it in 5 days.
      It is really agonising of no one responds.

      Cashe team kindly respond to my email request and see that my loan account is closed or my amount is refunded back

      I have paid my last due amount 2266 rs on 2nd June 2023 but it's not reflecting in application and they show only 422 rs received but 1844 rs not reflecting in app I am getting message for amount due.             Hello All,

            I have applied for cashe for 2.75% rate of Interest. On backend they have modified to 16.5 % and taken the insurance amount and then deposited the loan amount in my account.

            I have asked them to cancel my loan and they asked me to transfer the amount back to their account, I did transfer the amount back to them and now they are asking me to pay the Interest of Rupees 20000/-.

            Kindly help me on this situation. My wife is admitted in Hospital and i'm in a personal problems.

            I have paid the entire amount and loan has been closed. Cashe team shared the NOC however still the loan is reflecting as Active on CIBIL.

            This needs immediate action.

              Address: Its an online loan app

              CLN# [protected] Payment made of 2500 on 02.03.2021 not reflecting in app. After the last payment, I am left with paying 2500 on the due date 18th . I have sent the mail to the customer care but someone sneha keeps on repeating the same thing that it will be updated in the app. But it did nit. Why will I pay extra now?                 This is regarding the above mentioned subject that Me and my family member (My wife & their relatives) are getting unprofessional calls from your CASHe team and they are abusing to us and saying that they will break my family relationship as they are abusing them. As I am going to marry this month. After several request of mine that pls don’t do this but they are doing the same again & again from last two days. Anyhow they are not behaving professionally.                   I am getting frequent call from Cashe that do you know suriya?
                  They said, the guy named suriya taken loan from Cashe with my name and mobile number as reference.

                  How Could an organisation simply accept someone's name and contact deatils as reference to borrow money. This kind of fraudulence should be strictly take necessary action against him and this type of company.

                    Understood from my CIBIL Report reflecting unavailed personal loan no.CL620306. And there is no such huge amount credited into my SB account. Somebody misused my KYC and availed personal loan but am not.

                      The legal team without my consent contacted my contact numbers and informing them they will go to jail she took money gave reference of your number. In which i have not given those numbers as a reference.without calling me they contacted my contacts first and i informed that i will make 5500 emi payment and do it in the next month but in between the month that is on march 15th again they called my contacts i informed them not to call contacts if anything is therr .they need to directly contact me. Once my salary gets credited i will make another and close the loan and today, due to financial year slary did not creditted . I dont know will those team understand or they will call references.please help

                        Cashe executives are calling my contacts from and harassing them, I have already told them that payment wil be done on 31st but still they are calling from anonymous numbers and harassing

                        These ppl are threatening to that they will create WhatsApp groups from my contact list and defame me . Below are the numbers from which I am getting calls and Sandip is the main accused

                          I have take loan from cashe and i was paid first emi only.
                          After 10 months cashe staff contact me and give me committment if you paid 35000, your loan will be closed and also remove from cibil hence i am paid 35000 on 20/01/2021 than cashe staff provide me email id and told me write email on this ids and this email ids done your loan closer formalities.
                          I have written many mails and trying to telephonic contact to cashe staff ([protected]) but no response from cashe and cashe staff and now this contact no. Staff ([protected]) block my number.
                          i am also sent many mails to cashe [protected]@cashe.co.in and [protected]@cashe.co.in
                          But no response.
                          Till today every week day cashe present 8184.00 emi in my account and same emi has been bounce and my bank taken charges of this bounce rs. 590.00 (6 times bank taken charges)
                          And every time i am sent requesting email for this emi and also requesting to close my loan as i have already paid.
                          I have screen shot of whatsapp chat with cashe staff.
                          Since 2 months cashe give me mentaly torture and also give me financial loss in my saving account.

                            Hi I am Monica [protected]. I have a pending repayment with Cashe. I understand there is a delay. Due to personal issues i have failed to repay my cashe EMI. I understand the delay is huge. But I have no money with me. I have collected some money to pay off here but Capitalfloat deducted my money from account. I cant arrange anymore money. I asked for settlement. But I need at least a week's time. I have plenty of loans going on from other borrowers also. I am not running away anywhere. I am not thinking about cheating. All I am requesting is time. But Cashe wont understand. Everyday they are calling so many times and I explained why I cant ans calls. I am getting threatening msgs like I will take legal actions against you. I am not saying I wont pay. I said I need time.

                            pls arrange settlement with some time.

                                Cashe are fraud. They are calling my relatives, fathers friends. Cashe has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

                                And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Even though my number is working still they are doing the same. I have almost cleared all the amount.

                                They haven't provided Moratorium during lock-down or not even the restructuring option. They don't follow any of the RBI guidelines. I tried to clear the amount as much as I can. Now it left with some amount to be paid which is less than 3 EMIs.

                                They call me daily threatening calls and messages stating they they visit my home and office to make nuisance. Till last month I have arranged and tried to clear some amount. These people were seriously pathetic. There are many things for last couple of months, I can't explain all of them here.

                                  I took a loan from Cashe and paid all EMI before due date. Only one EMI left. Now recovery agents are continuously harassing for repayment. They also hacked the phone contacts illegally and calling every contact and asking them for money using abusive language and threats.
                                  They continuously harassing and mentally torturing me and my relatives. Doesn't talk without threats and abusive language.
                                  Who gave them right to data theft and hacks? I lost the job due to such calls from recovery agents to my employer.
                                  I already complained to their customer support but nothing changed. If they don't stop, we need to take some legal actions soon on field of defamation, data thefts, identity hacks and threats and harassment.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a loan with cashe for an amount of 40000, i repaid it before the due date and i got a confirmation message also. But the same day an emi of Rs. 20000 is again deducted through emandate on 5th March 2021. Got a confirmation message from cashe stating that my loan is closed.
                                    Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team sent a message stating within 48 hours i will get the refund after verifying their statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive.

                                    I request cashe team to look in to the issue and resolve

                                    I had raised a request for excess amount deduction through their application. After 5 days the amount got refunded to my source account. I did not get any mail or email from the concerned team regarding the above complaint. Thanks for the update cashe team.

                                    I have take a loan from cashe but now I have noticed rate of interest charge by company 17 % approx and loan taken for 6 month but interest charge for year and it is really cheating company and I have raised this issue in nbfc department of rbi and request for investigation

                                    I have done payment through UPI on due date i.e 6th May'2021 again it is deducted from my account on 7th May'2021 morning through auto debit option. Once I have done the payment and confirmed then why again it is deducted next day. If there is any glitch in your system you have to fixed. Why it is deducted double amount for the same month EMI.

                                    I have submitted all the proofs like bank messages screenshot and bank statement.

                                    Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team has sent an email on 8th May'2021 stating that within 72 hours i will get the refund after verifying their records with my bank statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive. Requested to call me if you need any further information. No one is calling and there is no customer care number for customers to reach them. Very pathetic customer service providing and since 2 days my mails are not delivering to [protected]@cashe.co.in.

                                    Will it take more than 10days after providing all the proofs and received payment confirmation emails from your side.

                                      I took loan from Cashe. As per the loan agreement, I was supposed to get credited with the amount Rs.Xxxx after all the deductions. However, It got credited less than the agreement on Sep 2, 2020 ...I have sent several mails to [protected]@CASHe.co.in but no response.. This is really ridiculous behaviour. I have successfully completed my loan tenure as well, but still the resolution has not happened from past 6 months.
