This is regarding the repayment of my emi's. I was working with adp private limited at hyderabad. For career change i left the job and gave interviews in three companies. Suddenly coronavirus pandemic bursted out. And my interviews kept on hold. Due to this reason i am jobless. I have no money to repay my emi. When i wrote emails and explained the situation rather saying something good. You guys informed me over the phone what should we do that is not our problem arrange the money and pay and she started abusing and cursing me. I disconnected the call asked for a manager over the whatsap chat. She ignored. I wrote emails asking for time. You guys emailed me back with a generic statement. Now again today a person called started abusing and had a chat with whatsapp. Kindly go through the start and see how disgustingly he chatted with me. You can check my payment history. A two years back when i left my job. I still paid the emi on time. This time is different. No source of income as of now. I have no money to eat how do u expect me to pay emis. I am ready to pay intrest as per the rbi we can now defer the loan for 3 months exculding intrest. How dare you guys talk to me like that? I need these people to be terminated from the jobs. I am going to take this case on a high level of escalation. I will raise a police complain against you guys that is for sure.

    Dear team,

    Mysel[censored]mesh dubey taken loan from cashe through online for 180 days and paid 3 installment ontime but due to some problem i unable to rest of 3 emi.
    On dated 9th march 2020 i received a settlement mail from cashe collection team that they are ready to waive my penalty amount and i have to pay rest amount in 3 months emi. I agreed the condition and paid 1st emi on 9th march
    2020. But after payment of emi they are still sending reminder of overdue amount with increase amount and autodebit 2 time in my account. And again i received another settlement mail from cashe collection team to pay due by 26th march.

    Now no one is attending my call nor any revert from all collection people.

    I already mail to all concerns department of cashe, but not received any positive revert from cashe about this settlement.

    My intension is to clear this loan as soon as possible, but feel cheated from cashe team.

      Myself tejas patil has been a victim of call harassment via a customer service representative name pooja with mob no: [protected] from the organization cashe (Online phone app) during the call she has talked nuisance about my character and targeted my professional life by calling multiple people from my organization and speaking the same nuisance about my character also she did the same with my family member this has affected me mentally and professionally and also disturb my life on both side. The word utter from her side was cheap and vulgar to such an extent that its impossible for me to even state that being a women attaching my call record for the same. Already due to corona breakdown my professional status is at stake with this kind of behaviour from such uneducated people i have no choice left.

              Hi Cashe Team,

              I was following up with you guys almost 5 months and my issue not been resolved.

              Again rewriting the same. Please close it by week's time.

              I have taken loan amount of Rs.1, 10, 000 /- with EMI period of 6 months. Self had made delay in payments hence self been asked to pay penalty charges.

              Post discussion with your team and confirmation mail from Cashe, I have asked to pay only principle and interest amount against my loan by waiving off penalty Charges. I have paid Rs.58, 444 /- on 27th Sept 2019 based on confirmation mail and deadline provided by Cashe.

              Your team had made wrong accounting by adjusting Rs.47573 /- towards loan amount and Rs.10, 871 /- towards Cashe Card (mcard) against my payment of Rs.58, 444 /- due to which my loan account showing as outstanding / defaulter.

              After had discussion with your local team and they committed to issue NOC after paying Rs.12899 /- towards Cashe Card (mcard) which also done on 09th Dec 2019. Even after settling out all outstanding, still my loan account and cashe card (mcard) showing as defaulter.

              Have provided all correspondence communication and documents through mail but not getting any response from your end.

              Now forced to post my complaints in social site. Hope i will get any response from your end and closure for this subject.

              Dear sir,

              I have taken a loan amount of 3000 and paid amount of 2200, they called to my family people and talked so bad with my mother. They fined me the amount of 19000 for not paying amount of 1k . Yes I agree I don't money sometimes to pay it on sudden. And the way spoken to me and my mom got hurt.

                I made d complete payment on 1st of nov. Due to their system issue amount was not reflecting on their system.. I have send all my bank statements. But still they are charging the late payment fee. I m sending regular email but not getting any proper response from them. My credibility has also impacted because of them. No use of sending emails and there is no number to contact them

Plz understand the problem and resolve the issue.                   Still how many days required to transfer the amount it's one month am following I raise the complaint also as per last conversation and mail from Zahra I suppose to receive amount on 28th EOD but not got the funds.. Without returning the amount again they debited one more EMI.

                      I availed a loan of 35k from cashe and unable to pay because of my financial issues and kept updated to the cashe ppl regarding the same and i asked time til month end. But they hacked my contacts and bank account details and called to one of my colleagues and talked very rudely with her and said her that i have taken loan by submitting her documents and now she's blaming me they even provided her address to her which even i don't know now she's asking me and not believing me because of this i lost my name in office and am going to commit suicide and the executive asked me to die.

                        I had clearly informed i have financial crisis and would not be able to do the payment but i would do it once i get the cash and i had dropped plently of mails about this and inspite of this i keep getting threatening calls and harrassment calls stating cashe team and they are using abusing words and also threatening as my details would be leaked out and also my phone will be hacked which is against law. Also, i get late night calls around 11pm, 12 midnight from different guys stating cashe.
                        Request them to please wait until i pay and stop abusing people already they have taken insurance charge which is of no use and also didnt return back processing charges.

                          I am continuosly tortured by cashe collection agent prashanth aadmi ([protected]) to make payment immediately. He called all my personal contacts and tortured them also. It changes my mind to do suicide to loss my life. Please help me to make payment by giving some days of time. He is completly harassing me to take wrong decision in my life. I tried to raise complaint in rbi about this mental harassment. Please give me time to make payment or do legal action through government. Please do needful.

                          Next i am going to give complaint in rbi and local police station about this harassment

                            My friend was in trouble and he has taken loan on my name from cashe and hasn't paid emi on time. This was mistake he has done but cashe collection team was so rude on call with me and even called people from contact list. This is clear voilation of mu constitutional law and expect strict action on this. They shouldn't use such language and call people from my contact list other then references given. I understand consequences getting default on this and should have not provided my details to avail loan on my name to friend but getting such nuisance calls and abusive language and calling people from contact list wouldn't be the best resort for recovery. Even when i agreed to make payment though i didn't use that amount and assuming myself answerable on this. Such companies should be banned by rbi.

                              I take the loan of Rs 35000/ on dated 29 jan 2018 and they credited Rs 31669/ in my account after deduction of Rs 2625 interest and Rs 350 processing charges Rs 63 gst which is the wrong practice of RBI guideline as nobody can deduct whole interest at the time of disbursement even i paid first emi on time then i talked in CASHE about but they dident refund the interest amount to me after that i paid remaining amount Rs 25500 to the company on dated 23 aug 2018 also paid penal interest Rs 3500 on 08 apr 2019 and 5557 on dated 10 jan 2020... on loan of Rs 35000 i paid 11722 as interest which is so huge and now it effected my cibill score

                                  Sir, i have availed a short term personal loan from cashe on 5/4/19 for 40, 000 and 4 emi's are paid and due to some financial crisis i was unable to repay the rest amount on time and i am managing to pay as much as i can in order to close the said amount, i understand the fact that i have taken the loan and have to make the payment but the language that they use is unbearable, in a situation wherein 1 of my family members answered the call as i left the phone at home by mistake (On 24/12/19) and not even understanding the fact that they don't speak hindi or english they started abusing my family using unparliamentary language. I am clearly aware that ii have taken the loan and have to repay and i do agree on the fact that i am late but i requested them about the payment and managing the same, no one has any right to abuse family members and share my financial details to my friends and relatives, due to indifferent work time schedule i might be a little late in responding to the calls but i keep getting threatening calls and being very unprofessional on call i have multiple numbers that i keep getting calls from (One of them is [protected] which crossed all boundaries and abused my mother not even respecting her age). I am seriously escalating this and wants the issue to be addressed. I do have the call recordings and the chats will produce if required. Which they call at least 1-20 times a day

                                  I took loan from cashe loan.

                                  I have paid full loan amount few days ago, and closed all the dues but cashe deducted 6000 from account.. I've sent several emails but they are not responding to my mails..Kindly look into it urgently... It's emergency for me..please do this.

On the app, it is shown 15%, amount inr 5100 deducted before i get the money in bank.in the terms and conditions, it is not mentioned at all and i have not received any email confirmation for the breakdown.

                                    Also, it is shown about some medical insurance. For that i have not received any insurance bond.

                                    I have paid 18500 + 6091 + 6091 = 30682 till now, which is more than the amount i received. However, i am still getting threats.

                                      Hi sir this is kedar pujari from pune, i had avail cashe loan of rs 26000, and first emi was due on 30/11/2019. I have already paid emi of 8666 on 29/11/2019 and also sent payment proofs on their registered email id.
                                      These pathetic guys have not still updated the payment and i am recieving non-sense calls and massages for the same.
                                      Kindly update the payment in your system otherwise i would be forced to file an fir.
                                      For any penalty or affect in a credit score, cashe would be solely responsible for it and payment not updated in 2-3 days then cashe would be responsible for further actions from my side.

                                        I have been receiving a call from last 3-4 months from cashe regarding the repayment of the personal loan which was taken by mr. Gaurav srivastav who was one of my collegue 4-5 month back (& currently he is not as he is been transfered to varansi).
                                        While availing the laon he gave my number as referance as confirmed by cashe employee which was not known to me and neither no one from the company called me for my concent regarding disbursing the loan to mr. Gaurav.
                                        Now collection department is not able to talk to mr. Gaurav and they regularly following me for the payment of the loan, and two time they take very rudely and in a insulting tone and harness me litterlay and blaim me that i have taken the loan and asked me to pay the same.
                                        One of the lady today i. E., 23rd nov, 2019 called me and talk to me a wrong manner and continously blamed me that i have taken the loan amount and now i have to pay the same, such conversation is really depressing.
                                        My number was given without my knowledge and loan was disburse without my concent so why i been forced to pay the loan and the lady who told me her name is selja n called me from [protected] this number is really harassing me.
                                        So i would request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action

                                        Since I sent mail no reply I called no reply .its more than 5 month now.there not updated in my cibil.it still showing overdue in cibil due to that my cibil came down .I paid 5 month before no outstanding on loan and there not updated in cibil.there have not proper customer service
                                        Company even updating the details blocked my account. And daily send more than 20 SMS and notifications and even calls to activate account. If they are unable to provide me loans why they keep in calling and sending me text messages and push notifications. Kindly help me to solve this issue
