My friend was in trouble and he has taken loan on my name from cashe and hasn't paid emi on time. This was mistake he has done but cashe collection team was so rude on call with me and even called people from contact list. This is clear voilation of mu constitutional law and expect strict action on this. They shouldn't use such language and call people from my contact list other then references given. I understand consequences getting default on this and should have not provided my details to avail loan on my name to friend but getting such nuisance calls and abusive language and calling people from contact list wouldn't be the best resort for recovery. Even when i agreed to make payment though i didn't use that amount and assuming myself answerable on this. Such companies should be banned by rbi.

I take the loan of Rs 35000/ on dated 29 jan 2018 and they credited Rs 31669/ in my account after deduction of Rs 2625 interest and Rs 350 processing charges Rs 63 gst which is the wrong practice of RBI guideline as nobody can deduct whole interest at the time of disbursement even i paid first emi on time then i talked in CASHE about but they dident refund the interest amount to me after that i paid remaining amount Rs 25500 to the company on dated 23 aug 2018 also paid penal interest Rs 3500 on 08 apr 2019 and 5557 on dated 10 jan 2020... on loan of Rs 35000 i paid 11722 as interest which is so huge and now it effected my cibill score

this is my request with you kindly help me to solv this issue

I taken loan from bhanix finance and investment ltd also known as cashe i already paid all loan amount in aug-2019 but still cashe harressing me, my wife, my brother wife, my father and also talking with us in abusive language if not solve this metter i can take legal actions against cashe officer mr pankaj

Sir, i have availed a short term personal loan from cashe on 5/4/19 for 40, 000 and 4 emi's are paid and due to some financial crisis i was unable to repay the rest amount on time and i am managing to pay as much as i can in order to close the said amount, i understand the fact that i have taken the loan and have to make the payment but the language that they use is unbearable, in a situation wherein 1 of my family members answered the call as i left the phone at home by mistake (On 24/12/19) and not even understanding the fact that they don't speak hindi or english they started abusing my family using unparliamentary language. I am clearly aware that ii have taken the loan and have to repay and i do agree on the fact that i am late but i requested them about the payment and managing the same, no one has any right to abuse family members and share my financial details to my friends and relatives, due to indifferent work time schedule i might be a little late in responding to the calls but i keep getting threatening calls and being very unprofessional on call i have multiple numbers that i keep getting calls from (One of them is [protected] which crossed all boundaries and abused my mother not even respecting her age). I am seriously escalating this and wants the issue to be addressed. I do have the call recordings and the chats will produce if required. Which they call at least 1-20 times a day

I took loan on of inr 34000 from cashe but i got inr 28273 only in my bank. On the app, it is shown 15%, amount inr 5100 deducted before i get the money in bank.in the terms and conditions, it is not mentioned at all and i have not received any email confirmation for the breakdown.

Also, it is shown about some medical insurance. For that i have not received any insurance bond.

I have paid 18500 + 6091 + 6091 = 30682 till now, which is more than the amount i received. However, i am still getting threats.

Hi sir this is kedar pujari from pune, i had avail cashe loan of rs 26000, and first emi was due on 30/11/2019. I have already paid emi of 8666 on 29/11/2019 and also sent payment proofs on their registered email id.
These pathetic guys have not still updated the payment and i am recieving non-sense calls and massages for the same.
Kindly update the payment in your system otherwise i would be forced to file an fir.
For any penalty or affect in a credit score, cashe would be solely responsible for it and payment not updated in 2-3 days then cashe would be responsible for further actions from my side.

Dear concerned
I have been receiving a call from last 3-4 months from cashe regarding the repayment of the personal loan which was taken by mr. Gaurav srivastav who was one of my collegue 4-5 month back (& currently he is not as he is been transfered to varansi).
While availing the laon he gave my number as referance as confirmed by cashe employee which was not known to me and neither no one from the company called me for my concent regarding disbursing the loan to mr. Gaurav.
Now collection department is not able to talk to mr. Gaurav and they regularly following me for the payment of the loan, and two time they take very rudely and in a insulting tone and harness me litterlay and blaim me that i have taken the loan and asked me to pay the same.
One of the lady today i. E., 23rd nov, 2019 called me and talk to me a wrong manner and continously blamed me that i have taken the loan amount and now i have to pay the same, such conversation is really depressing.
My number was given without my knowledge and loan was disburse without my concent so why i been forced to pay the loan and the lady who told me her name is selja n called me from [protected] this number is really harassing me.
So i would request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action

Sir my friend take loan in cashe through the mobile app, she paid some months but some reasons she didn't pay intrest last two months. She got permission for some days bcoz some personnel issues in family. But cashe started harassment to call daily. They hacked his mobile contacts and started to calling everyone list on his contact using bad words.

Myself meenakshi has been a victim of call harassment via a customer service representative name pooja with mob no: [protected] from the organization cashe (Online phone app) during the call she has talked nuisance about my character and targeted my professional life by calling multiple people from my organization along with my boss and speaking the same nuisance about my character also she did the same with my family member this has affected me mentally and professionally and also disturb my life on both side. The word utter from her side was cheap and vulgar to such an extent that its impossible for me to even state that being a women attaching my call record for the same.

This is my second complaint about your company trying taking money through ecs. I have already mentioned in my last emails which i have sent 12 emails and no reply. I have submitted official complaint on this forum and i got reply stating i will get update. However no update no email of cancelling mandate.

If you keep on doing ecs evertime the payment getting declined due to insufficient account is going in negative. 2/3/7/10/12/14/17/120/22/24/25/26/28/29 october you guys tried taking money from my account. Plz calculate the amount each time you guys try taking money from wrong account which has zero balance as i have changed my salary account.

The moment my account goes to negative 32000 trust me i will deny to pay you guys. Plz make a note that i am ready to pay you only if you cancel mandate and send me letter confiring the same. Because if i pay you again you guys will keep on taking ecs and then i do not want to chase you. I am going to contact all your partners on social media and tweeter and inform them how bad the company is.

I had downloaded cashe app and applied loan but cashe e transferred amount less then committed and dedcut heavy charges and asked to pay complete amount with interest

Wife, my neighbours and friends and relatives getting calls from cashe. The people calling them are very rude and abusive hence i am filling and nc against cashe and the owner reposnible for such inappropriate practise.

They have been harrassed. My wife is pregnant and going through mental stress beaause of you.

I have intenaion of making payment to you guys. I spoke to mr patil and he said he will stop mandate and collect payment from me which i agreed. However you guys are trying to debit my account on daily basis which is fine with me. The total negative balance showing in my bank account is -22453. The amount you owe is around 33000/ approx with interest rate 12000

If i make manual payment you will still debit. My bank account.

Now tell me how do i make payment. My suggestion is stop mandate. Get me a letter stating mandate is cancelled and then collect cash of 45000 rupees. All decision is with you..

Already lost 22000 now if you think you need you money do as what i say. Or else i have no other option.

I had some loan due on their online loan platform, there recovery agent mr arun patil ([protected]), and some lady (+[protected]) is calling my office colleague and harassing them and using foul language and stating i am thief and defaming me.. They are just acting like gundas (Gangsters) to get their money back.. I cleared with them that their payment will be transferred to them within a span of time also looking at my current financial hardship but they do not care and simply harassing my office colleague to make the payment for me.. This is very unprofessional for any financial institution to behave in such manner. I want to take this upto the reserve bank of india to let them know that this is the behaviour of an nbfc approved by them, and taking utmost advantage of the situation...

I made a payment to a collection person yesterday afternoon at Borivali west station of 20000 and settled my account [protected].

Payment is not reflecting in my account and i have also not received payment acknoledgement.
Please check and confirm.

There are so many complaints and there is no resolution and no action taken against this people.

I have a loan from cashe and tried paying it today twice via hdfc net banking.
However, I done NEFT 2 times but it return back in my account stating that the account does not exist.

I also made a upi payment via paytm bank for to check for updates however the amount is paid but not reflecting in cashe app.

There is no one responding and there ia no customer service

They must have a contact number for customers.

Who will be responsible for the cibil score if yhe due date is passed.

Note: paytm transaction was done twice with rs 1 for to confirm the transaction however there ia no update for the 2₹ paid via upi through paytm.

Take it on a serious note and please do the needful.

Have taken 36000 loan from cashe on 8.08.19 for 3 months emi. First Emi due date was 08.09.19 and I got the bank details to pay first installment of 12000 on or before 08.09.19.

I again done neft from Icici bank on 09.09.19 today but it return with same message.

Cashe I will not give you any penalty.

0/08/2019, i made payment of 21, 858/- through upi (Reference number[protected] icici bank, payment is successful but still in app its not showing payment has updated.

Daily i am getting the calls and mails from cashe regarding payment.

I have already sent upi reference number and bank statement still no responce.
