Hello,

This is regarding my loan application number #CLN3168949. The loan was approved on FEB 07, 2024 but has not yet been disbursed.

I’ve tried raising this concern through tickets multiple times but have not received the funds yet. Every time the ticket is raised, I keep getting an automated response from the team.

I’ve applied the loan for an emergency situation that prevails in the family right now.

I would really appreciate if my loan is disbursed fast.

    #CLN12065389 My CASHe Customer ID is 12065389. I've applied for a personal loan from my CASHe approved credit line on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 13th Feb 2024. 13 days have passed but my loan has not been disbursed. What kind of Instant personal loan is this? Will I ever get the loan amount credited to my bank account? How many more 24 to 48 hours will be needed to credit the loan amount to my bank account? That too from my approved credit line? Customers pay such high interest rates to get loans instantly as promised, and not to wait for months to get the loan amount. Please help.

    I've received the loan amount today after 21 days from my loan application. I had to send multiple reminders to CASHe. Their disbursement process should be improved in the future.

CASHe customer support has done nothing to credit the loan amount to my bank account. This is affecting my CIBIL score as well. Please help. I need the loan amount urgently.

    #CLN12065389 My CASHe Customer ID is 12065389. If it's not possible to disburse the loan from your end then please cancel my loan ASAP. It's been 19 days since my loan application, but the loan amount has not been disbursed till date. A late loan is like no loan at all. Therefore, please cancel my loan application at the earliest if it's not possible for you to disburse it on time. 19 days time for a loan disbursement is too much. Kindly let me know once my loan is disbursed or cancelled. I no longer want to avail the loan if it takes even more time.

      Hello Team,

      My Name is Sagar Gupta, I applied for a personal loan on 16 Jan 2024 but till date my loan amount has not been disbursed . Almost one month has passed and my loan amount has not been disbursed. Please tell me why you are taking so much time in disbursement. You are making fun and wasting people's time and playing with the patience level of the customer.If you do not want to give loan then reject the loan application why showing loan application under processing and fund disbursement under processing. Please escalate my request if you did not do these then please cancel my loan application. I saw your review and customer request on a consumer complaint website. Bad customer service and thousands of applications are pending loan disbursement. I have sent 20 e-mails regarding this but no solution is received. Please do the needful.

            I have applied for loan on[protected]. And till today the loan amount is not credited i have raised more than 6 tickets and all time the reply was the same as below

            "We wish to inform you that your recent loan application with CASHe has been approved. However, please expect some delays in disbursals as the disbursement process involves multiple banking partners, and any delays within the banking network, such as transaction processing times or communication delays, can impact the overall timeline. While we are actively communicating with our banking partners to shorten the turn around times, these process do involve some complexities and hence will affect the disbursal time. "

            Please either resolve my problem or atleast tell me estimated date of disbursement.

              Applied for loan on dec 14 a d said will get credited soon. Its been 2 months and still not credited. Whenever I raised a ticket same automated message from customer service that it will be credited in 5 business days. Its disgusting and pathetic

              Its outrageous as you keep saying its been forwarded to concerned team. And to this day nothing i sorted. I feel that there is no team like that and that CashE us going through debt and have no money to disburse. If that is the scenario the basic courtesy you should have is inform your customers and say the amount cannot be disbursed. Its almost as if CasE is making fool of its so called valuable customers

              Its the same rebuttal message from cashe team stating its ben forwarded to concerned team and it will get disbursed soon. Its been 4 months now and there is still no update. Does it take 4 months to disburse an amount? We are all educated people here so this is giving wrong info to me as a customer and i have decided to move legally and i will be claiming for emotional and mental stress as claim amount

                    Due to some unfortunate reasons and financial issues in my family I'm not able to pay the emi of cashe and there are some executive who are saying themselves as advocates are continuously messaging me and they are harrassing me and threatening me to pay the emi and if I don't pay they will reach my home or call my references

I have applied the loan for emergency. my mother in hospital. Your customer agent said with in 4 days reflected money in your bank but still not received from your side. Kindly update the disbursal status immedeately. I am very very urgent. Pls help me sir. I have used this account past 3 years. it will smoothly running up. But this time very very upset sir. Kindly conside the suituation and send the money immediately. atleaset when it will be cleared pls inform me.

                      My cln no 6909663 and i have applied loan on 3 feb 2024, but still i am not received loan, My EMI due date is 03.03.2024. i have mail for customer support the are sending a mail i will resolve 4 days but no payment clear, i have called customer support they are guaranteed the payment done by 21 feb 2024 and again 23rd feb 2024 before 8 pm, but still not received the payment, no one try call also they will not response. So I'm getting depressed everyday. Please let me know whether the loan amount is available or not. please resolve the issue...

                      How many times you have approved my loan? Already 26 days over my loan then cancelled my loan again approved new one but how many days taking disburse the loan? Previous loan 26 days this loan ? Please don't blame to me. If you interested giving the loan disbursement smoothly otherwise today tomorrow...etc don't fool to me.

                      Yesterday (27.08.2024) one lady (Cashe customer) called me. 'They told your loan couldn't transfer sir please reapply the loan today we will disburse the loan to your account' I believed the commitment but still not received money from your side. Why you have blame to me? If it is possible or not otherwise don't foolish to customer.

                      For last one month you have not paid the money to my account. I have informed you several times by phone and email. You said many times that you will get in 4 days, you will get by the weekend, you will get today, but till not received money from your side. Finally let me know whether the payment will come or not.

                        My loan with Cashe has been approved and it’s under processing for a while.
                        I have already signed emandate and also autodebit. They also have all my personal information. It’s very inconvenient when you don’t receive the money on the said time. Also there’s no option to cancel it even if I want to cancel it. I wouldn’t want them to credit it when I no longer want it. Either they provide it on time or don’t provide at all.
                        My major concern is since they already have all my docs it gets scary on what they can do with it.

                        I am also not getting any support from Cashe regarding the same. They can make calls to collect dues but doesn’t have a customer support line to help when the customer is in need.
                        Cashe really needs to work on this if they are looking for customer satisfaction.

                          I took loan from them, i want to foreclosure the loan. They said there is no foreclosure. I closed the emi 10 days before and want to close the loan and when asked they charged interest and saying its automated.

                          Thay are charging interest niw to foreclosure the loan, while giving loan they said no foreclosure charges and now they are charging interest to foreclosure the loan. There is no link in app to pay the loan, and they send like this.

                              I applied for loan on CASHe on 2nd February for medical emergency. After loan approved at the time of disbursement it stop. Now it's 12 February they didn't give any response. App only shows that waiting for disbursement . Please solve my problem

                                    I have applied loan in CASHe for medical emergency and it got approved on 5th feb 2024. From then the status was loan transfer is aunder process. It has been 7 days till now. Still the approved amount not disbrused. I created tickets everyday regarding disbursement. Everytime I get a templated replys via mail. I called customer care number but no one responds. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I appled loan for medical emergency please try to understand.
