Hello,

I'm approved person from cashe credit line and I've applied for loan on 11th January 2024 and completed all documentations and process of e-mandate as well as. I'm existing customer with Cashe since 2021 and I have paid all the loans on time without any failure. Now it's my 3rd time I have applied for l'm getting notification in mail and app, but no amount has been disbursed in my account yet....

Hell team,

I have been following up on the app for almost 2 months now, regarding my loan that has been approved, but its showing as pending for disbursal.

This is really frustrating and non un professional, at least someone to ack and respond back.

Please can you look into this matter right away and get it resolved ASAP.

There’s is no response from your side I need to cancel my loan request because am not satisfied about your customer support. No money can credited to my account but ur next interest date will br shown ur app. Am not supposed to pay the amount. Do the matter asap. Once’s again its too disguised....

180 days approved on 5 dec 23 and still processing
disbusrsement still not done

i dont know how such app running in india under rbi
they are doing fraud with their own whims and whisp.

I am getting harassment calls from recovery agent and recovery agent calling in my office and using abuse languages, because of this there is possibility that i will lose my job.

I am trying to call customer care but not getting any respond.

I am know delay in repayment is not good, but I am not doing intentionally.

Please help me from this...

Dear Concern,
My P.L has been approved on 29th Dec 2023 but still it is not credited. It is showing under process since last 17 Days. So many mails I have marked to [protected]@cashe.co.in but every time I received same auto generated mail.

Kindly resolve it ASAP and do the needful....

I applied for a loan in Cashe on 13th Dec 2023 and it was approved on 14th Dec 2023. Post approval I signed the e-mandate as well and the loan was supposed to be disbursed in 24 hours. I raised a ticket in mail but still date I am receiving the same automated message that the ETR is 5 working days. Till date is have raised 6 tickets in app and dropped 20+ emails on this. However, there are no updates on when the loan will be transferred....

My name is Kanhaiya Lal gupta I’ve request for the loan on 22nd and approved and received mail that as ETR shall disbursed within 05 working days but I have not receive the amount since then.
It’s been more than 20 days completed and I am under medical emergency of fund....

I have applied loan 27/12/2023 and today is 11/01/2024 I had applied on 27/12/2023 but till now there is no response and I have made 3 to 4 tickets since then but none were valid or US full given, last time was 30 to 34 and I called customer support team. And once he picked up the call he didn't talk. Sir, I am requesting you to solve this problem...
