Delay in loan processing and disbursement CLN 7095898

Cashe saying it is instant loan app but not processing & disbursing from last 2 weeks.
I submitted loan application on January 25th, 2024. later, I was assured by one of your customer support executives on February 1st that the disbursement would be processed on the same day. However, it's been several days since then, and I have yet to receive any updates or confirmation regarding the disbursement of the loan amount.

simply there is a response from the cashe company but actually there is no action taken so far . still im waiting for a valid action/response from the company, it's been more than 15 days, no reply for the ticket in raised in the app or the mails i have sent . simply they keep responding over social media 'sent to concerned dept', 'will be resolved in 24-48 hrs', so n so ...im not sure what the company is upto after customers signing e-mandate. please take serious action.

          Loan id - 4052967

          My loan amount is still not credited to the bank. Even after multiple tickets and follow ups, I am getting the same response that my loan is approved but due to technical problem there will be delay in disbursement.
          I am tired of telling that it’s a medical urgency.
          Please look into this.
          My emi date is also reflecting in the app and web even though money is not credited to my account

            I was applied for a loan on 23rd Jan 2024 and that loan approved on 23rd Jan 2024. but till now my loan amount not credited. More than 10 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

              Forcing to suicide

              Hello this is Hitesh jha - [protected].
              Iam associated with Cashe for long time.
              This time due to loss of my parents and being jobless, iam unable repay since November and have got no other options then to literally beg for money.
              Cashe - reps called my references, abused me and forced me to a level that I finally have no other option than to comit sucide .
              But while I end my life these posts might be able to help...

                    My emi amount of Rs 20121 for the month of February 2024 has been auto-debited twice. I have contacted the customer care but there is no response. My ticket number is 21831686.
                    Kindly refund the extra amount deducted on priority.

                      I have utilized this Cashe Application to book train tickets through IRCTC in September 2023

                      Out of 5 transactions, four were declined and one got approved. And I have already made the payment for which i have taken.

                      Transaction amount which got failed has not disbursed to my account and Cashe App team is repeatedly asking me to make the payment for unused amount.

                      I have taken a loan from Cashe of Rs 1 Lacs, I have paid 2 emis without any delay. But I could not pay the 3rd one on time and it has been delayed by 8 days. Instead of sending me the reminders they have started taking out numbers from my phone’s contact list and have started calling them. This is serious, they can not keep the privacy of their client. They are revealing the loan details to all contacts without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and needs to be stopped.

                        Hello,
                        Firstly the promised time of disbursement in app says minimum 30 secs and maximum 24 hrs.
                        It’s been more than 72 hours now that my loan is approved but the amount is still not credited.
                        After raising the ticket I was given ETA of 3 days and it’s now the 4th day but still no resolution. Every time I am getting the same response that “ We are happy to inform you that your loan application has been approved. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds. This delay is primarily due to the recent implementation of heightened security protocols at our banking partner's end, designed to safeguard your funds”
                        Please release the funds and disburse the amount. It’s an emergency and urgency or else I wouldn’t have raised these many tickets.

                              I have made repayment of entire loan amount of 60129/- even before my first emi date which was 15th Feb. in order to get more loan from my pre approved limit of 1, 30, 000/-
                              It’s been more than 24 hrs now that the amount is still not credited even though it says in the app that loan is approved and disbursement is in process.
                              If the loan amount is not credited to my account by today I request you to close my cashe account. Because I already see emi dates for amount 1, 30, 000 even though money is not credited to my bank account.

                                I have still not received the loan amount in my bank account even after multiple requests to cashe support team.
                                I am getting an email that the loan is approved but due to technical issues it will take time for amount to be credited in my account.
                                No ETA is given.
                                There app claims that It takes maximum 24 hrs and minimum 30 secs for disbursement.
                                It’s an medical emergency please understand and credit the amount today itself 🙏🏻

                                  I have repaid the entire loan amount and reapplied for a new one. As per their advertisement it shall be instant approval loan, but application under processing from last 7 days. I was received call from customer service executive for loan limit & verification. I provided the information & as per him it is approved.
                                  I am requiring fund immediately, but they are delaying it without informing anything. I mailed them several times, but they do not respond any email. I tried their customer contact number it always busy & not responding.
                                  Kindly look into this matter & resolve it immediately.

                                    We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                                    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                    As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                                    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
