My name is Sagar Gupta I applied for loan through cashe app and my loan is approved on 16 Jan and today is 22 Jan 2024 my loan amount is not disbursed. Please update me regarding my loan disbursal. My loan id - 7248417 and my registered mobile no is [protected].
Please update me on this that my loan. Amount will be disburse or not. I need emergency of fund so that why I applied for loan.

Mera Loan abhi tak disbusre nahi hu hai itna time kyu lagta hai cashe ko loan amount disburse karne mei jab loan dena nahi hota hai to approve kyu karte hoon logo ko pagal banate hai ye cashe wale. sabse ghatuya app hai loan ke liye mera loan cancel kardo ya amount disburse agar aj night tak loan amount disburse nahi hua to mere loan application cancel kardo My loan Id-7248417 Name -Sagar Gupta Mobile no-[protected], [protected].
10 din se upar ho gae na to customer care se koi response milta hai bus ek automated mail bhej dete 5 working days provided kaunse bank se disburse karte hoon one-one month lag jata hai tumhe transfer karane. sabse ghatiya app hai cashe.

      I applied for a loan on 16 Jan 2024 and my loan is approved on 16 Jan 2024 but my loan amount is not disvuresd yet almost 9 days is over loan amount is not received. why are you taking so much time to disbursal of loan amount.
      Peaple are taking loan when they have emergenices and need of money. if you are not able to provide loan on time then close your app. why are making fool of people.
      Please update me regarding my loan amount will be disburesd or not.

        Applied loan on dec 12 2023, cash not credited in my account... many mails send help desk but cash not credited in my account... one and half month finished.

          I applied for a loan in Cashe on 2nd Dec 2023 and it was approved on 3rd Dec 2023. Post approval I signed the e-mandate as well and the loan was supposed to be disbursed in 24 hours. I raised a ticket in mail but still date I am receiving the same automated message that the ETR is 5 working days. Till date is have raised 6 tickets in app and dropped 20+ emails on this. However, there are no updates on when the loan will be transferred. Since 30 days the loan is showing as processing.

          Today on 21st I received a message from Cashe that my payment is due. My loan has not been disbursed but they are asking for payment. I want my loan to be disbursed or else please cancel the request.

            I have applied for a loan on 15th Jan 2024, and I was informed that my credit line was approved, I did all the things needed to get the credit line and my transfer is showing processing, I also mailed and I was informed that it will take 5 days but before I used to get it within one day, My CLN 5106701 is and I would like to know will I get the funds or not because the money is needed for emergency and I applied because it was needed it, what is the point of application if I don't get it immediately plus the company doesn't have any customer support which is ridiculous. During the EMI payment they will call and text repeatedly but in the need of the hour we cannot even contact them

              Hello,

              This is to inform you that my loan was approved & received a call from the Cashe manager that the amount will get disbursed immediately once you sign the insurance copy. The same was done but still, the disbursement has not happened.

              I tried contacting Cashe via email but no response at their end. Even I called the customer care number. But as soon the calls get connected to their team the calls get disconnected.

              I am in need o[censored]rgent funds due to medical treatment, which is on hold due to funds not being received by Cashe which is already approved.

              I request you to pl. help in getting the funds disbursed which is approved so that the treatment can be started.

              Awaiting to receive the disbursement amount on a super urgent basis.

              Issue not resolved, still the amount is not been disbursed. Even customer care people are not answering the call. Call gets disconnect before it gets connected to them.

              Kindly login into your CASHe app, click on My Profile> Personal details> Mobile number.

              Edit your mobile number and save it. Repeat the same step again by updating your correct mobile number again and save it.

              Go back to the main page and reapply for loan now.

                  Loan recovery

                  I have taken loan from cashe.
                  Now due to financial issue and cyber crime I am unable to pay loan or emi.
                  Now cashe recovery agents calling to me and my friends so much.
                  They are torchering to my friend and family members to pay loan.
                  I have mail to cashe and ask to give me some time for repayment but they denied for the same.

                    Despite raising 3 to 4 tickets, I received the same auto-generated resolution stating that the loan is approved and pending with my bank. If you cannot process the loan amount, please communicate that instead of keeping people waiting for weeks with no resolution.

                          My loan was approved by CASHe on 9TH of January 2024 and all the process with emandate & loan agreement sign was done.

                          But still not amount has been received in my account. Everytime they are showing 05 Days ETR issue with the bank. I have mailed them severaltimes and raised ticket multiple times. But they are no responding to it.

                          It is almost 9 days gone..

                          Request to look into the matter and transfer my fund ASAP.

                              I applied for a loan on cashe but the status is showing proceeded but no amount has been credited. i tried reaching out to their customer executive but, they are blocking my no. and no receiving calls and sending system generated mails like:

                              Greetings from CASHe.

                              We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                              Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                              As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                              We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                              We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

                                I had my loan approved on January 8th, 2024 and the loan is still not credited and its showing processing. I have sent multiple emails but I have been getting the same exact response that due to some technical issues it will take 5 working days and it has been beyond 5 days and its still processing. There is absolutely no help nor am I able to cancel the loan. Please help asap. Its urgent and that is why we apply but this is not professional at all. I like my loan asap or I would like to cancel and never ever do any transaction with Cashe.Loan Id - 3995878

Please keep it simple if you do not want to credit the loan amount after approving the loan but do not keep the customer waiting if you cannot release the loan.                                   Priority disbursal - thts crazyas its been almost 3 weeks and i am now getting messages and emails asking to make payments for the loan. I hv nothing due and i had paid in full. the loan is showing in progress and why the hell am i receiving emails and messages to pay whn the loan is still not credited. I have sent more than 10 emails and the customer service sends the same response everytime that it will be done in 5 days but its still not. please process and credit the loan asap or i will need to escalate this further.

                                    Please note that My loan was approved by Cashe on 09.01.2024, But no Disbursement has been received till date 17.01.2024.

                                    I have Raised several tickets and put lots of mail, Everytime the are showing the ETR issue of 05Days. Is this really happens? I need the fund for my child operation, I have even mentioned them regarding my problem, but they are not even putting any importance on it.

                                      I'm approved person from cashe credit line and I've applied for loan on 11th January 2024 and completed all documentations and process of e-mandate as well as. I'm existing customer with Cashe since 2021 and I have paid all the loans on time without any failure. Now it's my 3rd time I have applied for l'm getting notification in mail and app, but no amount has been disbursed in my account yet. I've attaced all the documents and screenshots I didn't received amount yet. Simultaneously getting these mails while following up with Cashe Team.

                                      We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                                      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                      As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                                      We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
