It has been 35 days i got approved for the loan on 29 dec it is still in processing not disbursed i want resolution asap not a bot automated response

    I got approved for a loan on 29 dec but still loan has not been disbursed as of complaining today 2 feb more than a month has passed

      My emi amount of Rs 20121 for the month of February 2024 has been auto-debited twice. I have contacted the customer care but there is no response. My ticket number is 21831686.
      Kindly refund the extra amount deducted on priority.
      I have attached the screenshot of the amount debited twice.

        I have utilized this Cashe Application to book train tickets through IRCTC in September 2023

        Out of 5 transactions, four were declined and one got approved. And I have already made the payment for which i have taken.

        Transaction amount which got failed has not disbursed to my account and Cashe App team is repeatedly asking me to make the payment for unused amount.

        I have taken a loan from Cashe of Rs 1 Lacs, I have paid 2 emis without any delay. But I could not pay the 3rd one on time and it has been delayed by 8 days. Instead of sending me the reminders they have started taking out numbers from my phone’s contact list and have started calling them. This is serious, they can not keep the privacy of their client. They are revealing the loan details to all contacts without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and needs to be stopped.

          Hello,
          Firstly the promised time of disbursement in app says minimum 30 secs and maximum 24 hrs.
          It’s been more than 72 hours now that my loan is approved but the amount is still not credited.
          After raising the ticket I was given ETA of 3 days and it’s now the 4th day but still no resolution. Every time I am getting the same response that “ We are happy to inform you that your loan application has been approved. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds. This delay is primarily due to the recent implementation of heightened security protocols at our banking partner's end, designed to safeguard your funds”
          Please release the funds and disburse the amount. It’s an emergency and urgency or else I wouldn’t have raised these many tickets.

            I have applied loan through CashE and the application got approved and status updated as loan amount will be disbursed but it's been more than 8 days still i haven't received any amount and even after several email to the support no response from them.

                I have made repayment of entire loan amount of 60129/- even before my first emi date which was 15th Feb. in order to get more loan from my pre approved limit of 1, 30, 000/-
                It’s been more than 24 hrs now that the amount is still not credited even though it says in the app that loan is approved and disbursement is in process.
                If the loan amount is not credited to my account by today I request you to close my cashe account. Because I already see emi dates for amount 1, 30, 000 even though money is not credited to my bank account.

                  I have still not received the loan amount in my bank account even after multiple requests to cashe support team.
                  I am getting an email that the loan is approved but due to technical issues it will take time for amount to be credited in my account.
                  No ETA is given.
                  There app claims that It takes maximum 24 hrs and minimum 30 secs for disbursement.
                  It’s an medical emergency please understand and credit the amount today itself 🙏🏻

                    Hello,
                    I have repaid the entire loan amount and reapplied for a new one. As per their advertisement it shall be instant approval loan, but application under processing from last 7 days. I was received call from customer service executive for loan limit & verification. I provided the information & as per him it is approved.
                    I am requiring fund immediately, but they are delaying it without informing anything. I mailed them several times, but they do not respond any email. I tried their customer contact number it always busy & not responding.
                    Kindly look into this matter & resolve it immediately.

                      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                      As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                      We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                          I am writing it again that it is a medical emergency that’s why I had made the entire repayment of 60129/- and reapplied for a new loan.
                          I am not able to raise a ticket via app and WhatsApp.
                          Please disburse the amount today itself.
                          Please understand it’s a medical emergency and I had mentioned this in past 20+ mails.

                          I had only missed my emi once in these 3-4 years and I was bombarded with every source for recovery.
                          Now as per your claim of disbursement duration which is 24 hrs, my loan amount is still not credited to my account. How is this fair?

                                I had applied for a loan on 10 January 2024 and it is approved, but till now they did not transferred the loan amount into my bank account. In the mobile app the below message is showing in status -

                                I raised so many tickets and dropped emails to customer support team regarding delay in loan disbursement but no luck. On 28th January 2024 they had cancelled my loan application by stating that. "We have forwarded your loan cancellation request.", while I never requested for it. Screenshot of email conversation is attached.

                                On 29th Jan I again applied for loan. and request you to please help me to get this resolve as soon as possible.

                                How many time you will forward concern to relevant department?? Earlier also you commented the same thing on my previous complaint, raised on 27th January.
                                5 to 7 times I have raised the ticket in cashe app and dropped multiple emails too but you guys are continuously reverting the same reply instead of giving any solution.

                                  Respected team,

                                  Yesterday evening one of your cahse agents text me on truecaller for loan recovery. Just few seconds later i got a bombarded msg with fake otp's continuously for the whole hour and still i am receiving msgs. Is this the fair moral practice for loan recovery? Is this the adherence towards rbi guidelines for nbfcs against recovery?

                                  I will be submitting a written court complaint against cashe and the agents number shortly at kolkata cybercell department with all the necessary documents.
