I applied for a pre-approved loan amount of INR 99, 999/-. It got approved. I have signed an e-mandate and auto debit for the same. First it showed immediate disbursal. Then it showed 24 hours. Then it showed 5 days. but the loan is still not disbursed. This is so not accepted. Loan ID: 3979506.

Then it showed 5 days. Now it has been 7 days but the loan is still not disbursed. This is so not accepted. Loan ID: 3941429. Date of application and approval 28th Dec 2023....

I have adjusted my last loan & applied for fresh loan that stands approved but yet to be disbursed kindly look into the matter as I am in need of the money...

Loan approved 9th dec till now amount not credited ..still shown fund transfer on process... already 27 days over
Need resolution...

Loan is showing as processing since last 10 days but amount not credited yet. They only make people fool, they do not have money to disburse.

Applied loan on 7th December and approved and e signed on 7th December 2023 still amount was not credited sent several emails no proper resolution stating they sent to concern department still they same scripted auto response...

My loan is stuck at Loan Transfer for the last 30 days and I have been contacting support for the last 28 days. Every time I am contacted I am getting the same reply " it takes up to 5 business days by the bank to fix a technical issue" . It's been more than 24 business days and Still it's in the same state. While it's clear that the issue needs further escalation and is fixed. I am not getting...

Loan amount not disburse after 10 working day over. Many ticket raised about this matter. But not solve from Cashe and customer service very very poor.

Loan I'd 3872742. Loan approved on Dec 11th, raised almost 25 complaints in app but getting automated response that it will be transferred in 5 days, still money not transferred. Can you please help in getting it fixed....

Hi My Customer ID is CLN170856 . This is to inform you that I had applied for a loan of rupees 35000 for emergency medical purpose on 18/12/2023 vide loan ID 3905554 through my registered mobile number ; But, today 02/01/2024, it's still not disbursed, even after 15days over . A loan is a necessity in emergency, if it's delayed due to internal issues then why shall borrower have to suffer? What's your problem?? Why you have not rectify it?...

I was applied for a loan on 28th Dec 2023 and that loan approved on 28th Dec 2023. All process like esign, emandate all done on 28th Dec 2023 but till now my loan amount not credited. Almost 7 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.

I applied for loan on 29th of December and still didn't not receive the amount. I raised complaint twice on the app but they closed it without calling me and resolving.

I am customer since 2years recently on 15th december i have applied for loan still not credited daily sending mails to [protected]@cashe.co.in.. Only automated reply will come like resolve in 5 tentive days still nothing resolved please help......
