Hello,
I'm approved person from cashe credit line and I've applied for loan on 11th January 2024 and completed all documentations and process of e-mandate as well as. I'm existing customer with Cashe since 2021 and I have paid all the loans on time without any failure. Now it's my 3rd time I have applied for l'm getting notification in mail and app, but no amount has been disbursed in my account yet. I've attaced all the documents and screenshots I didn't received amount yet. Simultaneously getting these mails while following up with Cashe Team.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
