Loan amount approved but not disbursed.

After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue...

I am getting harassment calls from recovery agent and recovery agent calling in my office and using abuse languages, because of this there is possibility that i will lose my job.

I am trying to call customer care but not getting any respond.

I am know delay in repayment is not good, but I am not doing intentionally.

Please help me from this

I have taken a loan from Cashe of Rs 1 Lacs, I have paid 2 emis without any delay. But I could not pay the 3rd one on time and it has been delayed by 8 days. Instead of sending me the reminders they have started taking out numbers from my phone’s contact list and have started calling them. This is serious, they can not keep the privacy of their client. They are revealing the loan details to all contacts without my consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and needs to be stopped.

      My P.L has been approved on 29th Dec 2023 but still it is not credited. It is showing under process since last 17 Days. So many mails I have marked to [protected]@cashe.co.in but every time I received same auto generated mail.

      Kindly resolve it ASAP and do the needful.

        I applied for a loan in Cashe on 13th Dec 2023 and it was approved on 14th Dec 2023. Post approval I signed the e-mandate as well and the loan was supposed to be disbursed in 24 hours. I raised a ticket in mail but still date I am receiving the same automated message that the ETR is 5 working days. Till date is have raised 6 tickets in app and dropped 20+ emails on this. However, there are no updates on when the loan will be transferred. Since 30 days the loan is showing as processing.

        Today on 14th I received a message from Cashe that my payment is due. My loan has not been disbursed but they are asking for payment. I want my loan to be disbursed or else please cancel the request.

          It’s been more than 20 days completed and I am under medical emergency of fund.

            I hereby inform you that am requesting a loan from 30.12.23 and at the same time it was approved and next day I completed all the procedures. It was almost 12 days over the status is still processing. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and am little bit urgent about the money. If can’t resolve kindly close my account asap. App shows 6th feb is the next repayment date. I couldn’t even get the money the why should i done the payment. I can attached the screenshot for your reference.

                          I have applied for Approved credit line on Jan 1st was waited very long and im a repeated customer never faced this issue and today morning while i checked status it shows disbursement failed, again it mention reintiate so i did and completed all process like e-mandate and e-sign.
                          it again shows loan disbursal in process . when i sent mail raising this concern they have sent some mail as mentioned below. only this mail has repeated thrice. no accurate response.

                          Greetings from CASHe.

                          We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                          Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                          As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                          We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                          We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

                                  Loan was said to be disbursed in few hours but it has been more than 5 days and it is still not disbursed nor is there any proper communication from the team. Customer support service is also not reachable. I'm unable to cancel the loan as is it is in processing stage

                                    I have been regular borrower from Cashe from last 2years i have paid all my EMI and reapplied for the new loan on 5/01/24 it's been 4working days there is no response from Cashe and amount not yet disbursed I hope cashe take action on this and release the loan amount as soon as possible
