I have applied for Approved credit line on Jan 1st was waited very long and im a repeated customer never faced this issue and today morning while i checked status it shows disbursement failed, again it mention reintiate so i did and completed all process like e-mandate and e-sign.
it again shows loan disbursal in process . when i sent mail raising this concern they have sent some mail as mentioned below. only this mail has repeated thrice. no accurate response.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
