I have not received my funds from cashe since 12 days of loan approval and not getting any correct information. When i raised my concern below response i got

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Complaint marked as Resolved Contacted and me cancelled the privious loan application which was not going thru and asked to to reapply and that was processed within 24hrs. Also this process could have been fasten. They contact me after 25 days later. I should have been informed earlier.
CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Its been more than 15 days you guys have not disbursed the funds and asking me to pay my first due ? And how can you decide the due date next month when u have not disbursed the loan amount. Please look into this asap and fix the issue.

You are just not responding and i have not been contact by you guys to make me understand the real issue only giving me repeated messages about technical issue what kind of technical issue is this that u have not been able to resolve simce 3 weeks?

Updated by Nitinsharmaaaaaaaa If someone misses their emi for just one day you guys harass that person from multiple source of contacts emails calls messages and here i have applied loan and you guys have failed to provide me instantly and not been able to provide correct response for the delay. Why? All ur employees are employed in harassing customers ? No one is looking after the technical part and disburment part?

Updated by Nitinsharmaaaaaaaa Got a call today from them that they are not able to disburse funds and informed me they will cancel this loan and asked me yo re apply and will get the funds today it self or by tomorrow. I have done the same. Now lets wait till tomorrow. I have less hopes but still lets see already its been long wait
