I have been told that money will be disbursed in 5 days as they are having technical issue and I have applied loan on Dec 5 th since then it's been 20 days and still I'm waiting for the reason. I received this below email recently Dear Customer,

I got a message to re apply and my previous application was refreshed saying some issues. Now the banner saya sorry your loan is not disbursed and apply again. I tried many times applying again and it shows error 404 at the end it's not allowing me to upload a statement also. Is this how you maintain a app and there is no cancellation of processing also which makes us stuck in the app

    I have applied for the loan on Cashe app on 8th December 2023 they have approved my loan on 14th December 2023 and made me esign the nach too for the approved amount. But it has been more than 15 days they haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. They also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when we mail they send an automated reply of ETA of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with them frightens me of any misuse or misconduct. I have been their loyal customer from last 3-4 years and regularly taking loans and repaying it on time still have to see all this.

      I applied for a loan which was approved and e-mandate was signed on 14th Dec 2023. Till date I have not received loan and the status is still showing processing even after 10 days.

      When I raised a complaint they mentioned 5 working days as ETA but now it has been over 8 working days and there is no response to any email apart from the same automated response of technical issue. I have not see any technical issue last for over 10 days.

      There has been no response on this. It has been more than 20 days and loan is still not disbursed. There is no response to the mails I have sent across. Due to medical emergency I took this loan but no one is responding at all.

      29 days have crossed. No update on the loan disbursement
      I have dropped 20+ emails but no one is responding to it at all. This is terrible as the loan was applied on urgency. Now post e-mandate sign as well there is no sign of loan disbursement.
      Raising a ticket is not helping as I am getting the same response that ETR is 5 working days. Even after 18 days of loan approval I am getting the same FRAUD & STUPID reply .
      Please help me with the loan disbursement! It has been 22 days since approval and there is no customer care to connect to. I applied due to medical emergency and now I don’t see any response to my mails as well as here.
      You mentioned that it has been forwarded for priority disbursement. Where is the priority????

                Loan Disbursement Pending

                Hello Team,

                This is my almost 10th Email to you guys after 5 calls to customer service.

                My loan has been approved on 06th Dec and the amount is not yet disbursed in my account.

                I have called several times and they give that the same date and time stating they have escalated it to disbursement team and you will receive funds by tomorrow.

                Can someone in Cashe help me with this...

                  Been 4 Days that I applied Its still processing the loan, the loan was applied on 19th December at 2:40 pm and it has been 4 days no one has helped . Contact number /registered number : [protected]
                  CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Please get this done on priority basis . They say things are instant but it takes no less than 5 days and every time they say that they have technical issues . This is absolutely wrong, Please take action against them . They delay it by default and when customer delays or is unable to pay on time they abuse people. KIndly request you to take cognizance of this and get the amount disbursed at the Earliest .
                  This has still not been resolved . Please get it PROCESSED

                    I have applied loan in Cashe and it was approved. Disbursal status showed processing for more than 15 days and was not done. I tried multiple ways of contacting Cashe but of no use. After 20 days, they contacted me indicating the transfer was failed due to technical glitch, and asked me to process again. Again, the second time also the same issue, it’s been more than stipulated time line and no response and no use. They don’t have proper customer service to contact and understand what is the issue.

                        My credit line is approved about a 10 days ago. Still, I am not able to use it. So many times, I try to contact its support team. Wrote many of mail to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.
                        "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved. No one is solving the problem. Please fix that problem.

                          My loan for 130000 is not yet credited to my account loan account number is CLN#11405437 It's been over 10days it's totally a fraudulent organisation please take strong action against them

                            My loan amount of 130000 number 11405437 is still not credited to my account adter being sanctioned it's been over 10 days please look into this I beleive these organisation is fraudulent

It's been more than a week in the Cashe app it shows transfer under process. I sent several emails, but got same responses to wait for 5 days. It's very urgent l, that's why I applied for a loan.                                 I had applied for loan from Cashe on 8th December 2023. The loan was approved on 9th December 2023. Since then, there has been no loan disbursement from their end. Despite Mutiple emails, messages no response from the team is seen. Same old Message it will take 5 ETR days. it has been more than 5 days since 8th December.

                                I get random messages to reapply for loan from Cashe and the loan will be disbursed in 30 mins. It has been more than 20 days now, there is no resolution from Cashe. They are frauds cheats, no customer support, no reliable source of contact. They provided no resolution to my query, I wany to file complaint against them

                                  I've applied for the loan on 8th December and my profile also approved on the 9th of December but I didn't received my loan amount yet please respond to me and tell me the exact date when can I expect the disbursal of amount ASAP and also I need to know whether it is approved or not it's too long time I'm in a urgency so I've applied for the loan it's too long time to process I need confirmation please revert back me ASAP.                                     It is very frustrating and disappointing i am not sure what happed with this application.My loan was approved on 4th December today, . I did e-mandate and e-sgn on 04.12.2023 and gave transfer request on 14.12.2023.and it is 27st December as per you ETR shared of bank is over. And it is more than 13 days now since the amount is in disbursement. Whenever I am sending an email, just getting an automated response of ETR 5 days.                                     Cashe (Bhanix) had approved the loan on 4th Dec and committed for disbursal on 14th december Then they said they will disburse in 5 days.

                                    It's already been 13 days and no response from them despite multiple reminders. Please refer to the l emails sent number of times I have been chasing them. Please help resolve this.

                                    is it called high priority?

                                      My loan amount is showing transfering from 7th of this month and still money not credited they have no customer care number and simply sending automated messages. My customer ID is 10419862. They are saying tentative etr is 4 days it's more than 14 days now. Still money not credited
