Loan got approved on 27th November 2023 but still it shows loan transfer under process, what a pathetic app, if you can't disburse amount on time, close the company and move on, why keep your customers waiting if you don't have funds.

Took 3 loans till now n paid every emi on time & you treat your customers by holding their disbursement?

Kindly take action against this app.

    Three weeks back loan application has been done successfully but loan has not been disbursed till now, upon repeated mails, only reply that is coming is ETR is 5 days but no update from cashe team and loan has not been disbursed, in app, loan is showing as active and waiting for disbursal

      Loan Approved But not Disbursed

      I got an approved loan from Cashe of 20000 Rs. Its been 7 days since the approval and i have not the received the amount yet in my bank account.

      I contacted the customer support but every time I get an automated message that the loan is approved but there is a technical glitch from bank's end and the amount will be credited in 5 working days.

      I also tweeted about the issue wherein again i received an automated...

      My CLN number is 2368253.
      It’s been more than 9 days and till now I haven’t received the disbursal .
      I have been emailing them everyday and yet no response.
      Please help me, because of this delay my entire plans are screwed .

        My loan is approved and showing status as processing.
        It’s been 10days and no response from CASHe and I cannot even contact them via call . I have been continuously emailing them everyday still no hope.
        Please help me . I planned lots of other things by relying on CASHe hoping that I will receive this loan . But now everyday I’m struggling .
        Please help me .

            Hello!

            I applied for my credit line on the 4th of December 2023, it's been 9 days now and I am still waiting for the disbursement of my loan. My phone number is [protected] and Customer ID is 7800580. I have been writing to Support daily. When people apply for a loan, they do it for a purpose! If they do not get it in time, then what is the use? I am very disappointed at this stage . I keep getting the same reply till yesterday that it will be disbursed 5 days from the date of approval, and they never mention what was the approval date. They have even set the 1st emi date as 4th Jan when I have not received a penny till date. I have lost all hopes of disbursement but if they come to me in Jan asking for 1st EMI, I will lodge a Cyber Crime complaint against them for sure with a ref to this complaint as well. Tomorrow will be 10 days and no disbursement whatsoever!

            Priority disbursement should have been done yesterday. Its Sunday today. Still nothing! I had applied on the 4th. Worst service ever! No disbursement and its been 20 days now.

            I think you guys are a fake organization. Smaller services have better policies than yours. Usually they disburse within a few mins or within a day.

            Hello,

            Its been 24 days now since I applied and you are talking about 5 days??? Smaller loan apps prevent you from reapplying if they are no longer operating but you guys allow people to reapply and then never disburse. That is Criminal !!! I am going to wait till 9 pm today. If there is no disbursement till today then I will simply lodge a complaint with RBI or take legal help.

                          I have applied loan and it is approved but amount transfer showing in process from Dec 5th 2023.

                          I got response from ticket ... It will be credit in 5 working days but not credited... And they closed tickets as well with out resolve the issue.

                            My personal loan approved on Dec 5th but money is not disbursed yet. I applied as I need money urgently. I complaint to the customer care through email but they said the issue will resolve in 5 bank working days. 5 working days completed but still money not credited. Obvious people will loose the credibility towards this app.

                                    Hello, i have applied for loan and same got sanctioned. I applied for disbursement on 01/12/2023 but the same has not happened, its been more than 10 days now. Also, after sending mails i get same response that the issue is from payment bank, it will be done in 5 days as payment bank ETR is 5 days. On portal its showing the EMI due dates. on mobile app it is showing processing.

                                    looks like a fraud will happen and it will impact my credit score, why should i be paying EMI when the amount is not disbursed.

                                    kindly look into this on priority basis

                                      I had applied for a loan in emergency it was approved it was so happy system showed amount will be disbursed in 24hrs but it did not waited for few days then i asked to cancel my request of loan but still on Nov 30 they disburse the loan. there is no way to connect to them. i am not able to download the app as it shows my phone is not compatible i had applied thro google pay. I do not want their money. i can pay off what every they have transferred to my account i Need help.
