I have still not received any amount or any update
CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have applied loan on 22 oct 2023.i am in urgent need of amount for medical expenses.so kindly disbursed the loan as early..becoz the loan repayment schedule has been raised...disburse the loan amount pls

    Hi Team,

    I have already got the loan approval but the ampunt disbursal still show uner processing. I dropped an email and got a response as per attached screenshot. Please help immedyate disbursal of the amount

      I have applied loan on CASHe on 11th oct and my application also verified and its has already approved and i have also done e-sign and received e mandate message also from bank . But still loan amount did not transfer to my bank account. Kindly do not process my loan i do not want loan from CASHe now for such pathetic services .. DO not Process my loan i want to cancel my loan

          Hi
          I have been applying for loan with cashe for a long time and it has been hassle free. But this time it has approved my loan twice but not transferred the loan amount. They are only stating there is an issue for disbursement of funds and not then in the history updates as transfer failed.
          There is no response for the multiple emails I have sent to customer support.
          Kindly check on the same as I have e signed the loan details twice and no response.

            My credit line is approved. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply so many times but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write mail to the cash e support team.
            No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.
            My SLQ is 995

              Hi
              I had got an approved loan with cashe on 11Oct23 and there received update from them stating there is disbursement issues and it will take upto 5 days.
              But later the transfer showed as failed. It again gave me option to apply which I did but again didn't receive the funds yet.
              There is no one replying to email nor informing the issue.
              Kindly check and advise.

                Hi
                I had approved loan on 11Oct23 with loan no CLN 2699638.
                Received update from Cashe informing that they are funds issues in disbursement and bank has given ETR 5DAYS. Now it shows as transfer failed and is asking to apply again.
                I have reapplied but no update on transfer.

                Kindly check and revert what is going on.

                  In cashe app it shows your loan amount has been verified and approved on 08.03.2022. but amount still not disbursed in my bank account. As per company policy amount gets disbursed within 15-20 mins after approval.

                    I want to change my bank account details on the Cashe app . but I am still not able to edit it on the Cashe app. please update my bank details on the Cashe app. No support members are replying. so many mail I send regarding changing my bank details on the app but no reply from Cashe.

                          My cashe loan number [protected] for 60000 got approved ..completed all emandate, esign and chosen the tenure and EMI .. i finished everything which was asked for but the money is yet to be credited/disbursed to my account.. this is urgent.. it is still showing processing.                           Hello sir, i don't know what has been the issue.. despite loan approval mandate sign everification loan amount didn't get credited, they asked me to do fresh credit line and did it with revised amount..it asked for UPI auto mandate to credit the funds to my account.. i did it continuously for more than 10 times but still it did not get approved.. now it has gone for fresh loan approval. Not sure what is the problem here and what kind of glitch is this. Pls expedite this ..can someone pls clarify this from customer care team pls

                            My Loan is approved on 12/10/2023
                            But There is delay in Disbursement in loan amount to Bank account
                            We mailed customer support, But it's showing 5 days for bank Disbursement

                              Cash e company - Harassment and threatening complaint

                              Your representatives are making continuously calls and messages to my references with misbehaviour and in rud languages with threatening since long time.

                              Your company 's collection agents have crossed all the limits of harassment.

                              This is not right way by your company 's collection agents.
