Dear sir I have applied for a loan from cashe on 8 September 2023 . It is showing loan is approved and we are transferring money into your bank account but still money not credited in my account before also I took loan from cashe and money is credited immediately but this time it is taking too late. So kindly look into it as I have emergency need of fund for which I applied.

    Hi Team.

    Ticket number # 19265791

    I have applied load in cashe app on Sep 6th 2023 from my credit line amount and it's showing in processing status but still amount is not yet disbursed to my account. Let me know the update when it will be credited to my account. In case of any further delay, Please cancel my loan request. I have sent multiple email but getting as same response like amount is approved from our end but having technical issue in disbursing the fund.

    i didn't received any calls but replying the same content like "Having technical issue once resolved amount will be disbursed". What is the exact ETA to get the amount? In case of any further delay, Please cancel the loan amount. There is no response from past 3 days

      Hi,

      I have applied for a personal loan from CashE app. The loan has been approved but disbursement of the loan amount is still pending.

      I was told to wait due to some technical issues but it is very urgent for me to get the funds or else I wouldn't have applied for a loan from CashE app.

      The customer service is pathetic and there was no proper response from the team even after sending emails multiple times. They don't have a callback number to address customer's issues.

      I am very disappointed to see such carelessness on the part of the CashE Team. I don't when will I get the loan amount into my bank account. I am still waiting but it they fail to disburse the loan amount they should inform me prior so that I can look for other options.

      Please look into this matter seriously and disburse the amount ASAP.

        I have applied for a loan in Cashe on 05/09/2023 and it is approved, but the loan status is still showing as processing and so far the amount is not credited to me. I have applied for a loan for some medical emergency and need the money at the earliest. Hence I request you to kindly disburse the amount at the earliest.

            NOC for my loan closure

            Completed the payment by last Monday almost 10 days went not at all responding for providing my NOC and it’s very emergency for me to get that NOC during the closure they said 2 days then 5 days now it’s more than 10 days...

            I had applied for a personal loan from Cashe app on 4th august 2023, I received that loan is approved and disbursement will be in 24hrs, I tried following up with them since last 3 days, other than scripted response I have not received proper answer from them, now they have stopped responding at all.
            Attaching screenshot of the loan approval.
            As my personal banking f details are uploaded on this app if the loan is not getting transferred I would like to initiate cancellation process and delete required information.

              Hi Cashe Team, my loan is approved since 31st August and I am still waiting for loan disbursement. I has sent multiple mails to cashe support yet got no solution as everytime i get a AI generated reply only. pls consider this issue in priority and make the loan amount Disbursed Immediatly as im in a needy emergency situation .

                  Its my 6th day waiting for my loan which was disbursed on 2nd September.
                  I am not getting any help on email, nobody answers to my call as well and no reply even on consumer complaint.

                  I get the same reply for every mail that ...bank is having some technical issues and it will be done once it is resolved. I have no idea what this technical issue is for last 6 days..

                  I have already missed 4 EMI's of mine because of this delay in the amount transfer.

                  Please get this resolved on priority. Thanks!

                    After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.[e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
                    As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
                    We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount
                    transferred to vour bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
                    We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}
                    this is pathetic.
                    its already been more then 5 working day still your cashe support team send me the same email again & again.

                    There is no Proper response from customer care

                      My loan has been approved and emandate completed yesterday 6th September 2023 at 6:30pm. I have still NOT received the amount as it is stuck at transferring the loan amount status for 24 hours. I had applied for this loan at such high interest for an emergency. If it is delayed then what is the point of instant loans? Please take immediate action!

                              My loan amount was approved and e sign, mandate, loan agreement all done on 4th September 2023 but today is 7th September 2023 amount not credited. There is no customer care or contact information centre so how can be know whether loan is sanctioned or rejected after approval??? and after login EMI schdule is showing???

                                      My CLN #913126. My loan got approved and waiting for loan disbursal for last 5days. Still i have not received the loan amount. I am your loyal customer and platinum member. But still you are delaying the disbursal for last 5 days.
                                      Totally disappointed. We are in emergency situation and please disburse the loan amount.
