I have completed all the loan step and auto debit registration and e-sign registration, but still i am waiting from last five days for disbursement of the loan amount.
Could you please provide an update on this?
It is very urgent please look into my issue.

    Hello,

    This is in regards to my personal loan taken on cashe which due date is 4th of every month. I had already paid the emi before due date in 2 parts through payment link which was provided through email first payment of 5000 on 31august 2023 and second payment of 4486 on 2nd september 2023 and my account was auto debited on 4th of september again with 9486 which has been posted on the loan account. I had made payments earlier through upi which was posted correctly without any hassle i dont understand where the payment is which was paid on 31st august and 2nd september.

    Please look into this and refund the emi of one month as i have to make other payments.

      My CLN 396199. My loan got approved and waiting for loan disbursal for last 5days. Still i have not recevied the loan amount. I am your loyal customer and platinum member. But still you are delaying the disbursal for last 5 days.
      Totally disappointed. We are in emergency situation and please disburse the loan amount.

          5 days completed and loan status still showing Processing

          Applied for a loan on 31st of September. Still the loan status shows "processing". I closed my previous loan with on time payment of installments. Wrote a mail to you and got a replied from your end stating that the loan amount will be disbursed within 5 days. Still I haven't received any resolution from your end. Please request you take a look into this matter and get this resolved ASAP.

          I opted for the loan on 31/08/2023. Loan got approved on 01/09/2023 and still the loan amount is in disbursement process. Cashe team kindly look into this and provide the solution. I took this for medical emergency and running out of funds. Kindly help me on this.

            I applied for a loan on 31st of September and still the status is showing up as " Processing" Inspite of making a timely payments of my previous loan. My loan application has stuck in the processing stage. Please want this to get resolved soon. Mailed Cashe and they told it would get resolved by 5th day. But still no process made.

              I opted for the loan on 31/08/2023. Loan got approved on 01/09/2023. Still the loan amount transfer is in progress state. I sent multiple mails but am receiving only system generated mails and am unable to contact customer care. I took this loan for medical emergency but now am running out of funds. Cashe team kindly look in to this and provide the resolution. It will be more helpful.

                Cashe Team, my loan is approved since 1st September and I am still waiting for loan disbursement.
                Customer service is only sending automated replies which are not helping.
                I need the funds urgently and thats the whole reason I foreclosed previous 5 months before and applied for another one.

                  I applied for a loan on the CASHe app on[protected]and I have done all the verification my loan got approved on[protected]on the same day E-mandate got updated and the status changed as we are transferring your loan amount However still the amount was not disbursed to my account and this is 8th day. Very bad process

                      Loan is approved on 26August 2023, e-sign is also completed but status shows still ‘Loan transfer’. Wrote many emails and received same reply 5working days which is already done.

                        My loan amount (3 Lakh rupees) has been approved and I have e-signed it as well, along with auto debit registration.
                        It's been 2day but on app it's still showing "we are transferring your loan amount".

                            I applied for a loan on the CASHe app on 01 Sept and I have done all the verification my loan got approved on 27 APR 23 on the same day E-mandate got updated and the status changed as we are transferring your loan amount However still the amount was not disbursed to my account and this is 3rd day.

                              Hello Team,
                              Loan amount of 200000/- is approved on 25th August, and I have completed E mandate as well
                              I had received a call from your executive on the same day and he informed that loan amount will be credited to your account in the next 30min, it's been a week I have not recived amount in my account

                              In the app it's showing loan transfer stage from past one week

                              I have written mails multiple times but there is no response,
                              I have taken loan from cashe two times, both the times I have closed loans by paying complete interest and extra charges

                              My father is hospitalized with paralysis that's why I am suffering and applied for loan, please consider this and clear the issue as soon as possible 🙏🙏🙏

                                  I have applied for loan on dtd 22-08-23 an amount of Rs 50, 000 after approval but transaction failed was shown on dtd 01-09-23 after 11 days . Now against i have applied for loan on dtd 03-09-23 of Rs 50, 000 after approval against it is in process .

                                    Hello,

                                    My CLN - 8952721 My credit line is approved one month ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan from use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried from last one month to apply but did not receive money. So many times I tried to support team. I Wrote lot of mails to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

                                    "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                                    Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved."

                                    Already 1 month completed but still, the issue is same. No one is solving the problem. every day they send marketing mail to apply for a loan and use your credit line but when you apply you don't get money. please fix that problem. I am trying to apply since last month but still not get the money.

                                      My loan amount is approved all the processing is done and now it is not been credited in my amount. By the company saying it will credited within 10 20 min but it is taking long about 4 days
