Hi,
I have applied one loan of 50000. INR from CASHe due to urgent requirement and I did all the process but fortunately my problem got resolved. So, I have requested to cancel my loan also cancel my credit line and I have sent proper email also for the same but they have disbursed the amount into my account even after my mail.
I have spoken to the CASHe customer care and I have explained my concern.So, they told me if I want to close my loan then I need to pay my all amount which I have received. So, I have paid the amount on shared link.
Now, I can see in the CASHe account that loan still in active and they have just adjusted the paid amount with loan instead of closing my loan.
I have all the email communication proof. I would request you to please help me on this.
