        My cashe loan was approved on 6th of August 2023, but the amount never got disbursed. I kept emailing them, the response was there is some issue with the bank, it'll get credited within 5 days. Their whatsapp bot says their server is down i cant raise a query. Their in app chat service say they cant tell me the loan status. They kept calling me non stop for e mandate and e sign, but once that was done. I am unable to reach their customer care number.

          My loan amount

          We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

          Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

          As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                  I applied loan on 9 August 2023, but the loan not disburse till now.i send a mail to the cashe team and said amount will be delivered in 5 days, previously disbursed happend instantly but this time is taking more time kindly disburse the loan amount..it's a request

                            CLN#18441254 is the loan number approved and all the process is completed, e-mandate and e-sign and loan amount is not transferred yet since 5 days. and there is no response from the cashe.

                                    As I am needed money in emergency so I have reached this platform. Evnthough seeing high interest I have applied for the loan. But still they are not processing the money. So after 4 days I have arranged the money myself and told them to close the loan application. But say what they have processed the loan and amount

                                      Hello Dear CASHe Team! My loan was approved 2 days ago. I applied for 5k Emergency Travel Loan and it got approved instantly. As a saw on website that money gets credited instantly. I thought I'll receive loan amount within 24 hours. Now I got stucked in Bihar, Patna. This is cheating. Please Credit my loan amount today. This is totally unfair because of you i travelled to Patna thinking of that I'll receive loan amount. I request you to credit my loan amount as i have to go to my home urgently.
