I applied for loan on 9th Aug 23, and till today the loan didn't desburse and still showing - Processing

Can someone please give explanation for same

I have applied for personal loan and now it has been a week since it was approved but funds are not credited in to my account.
E- mandate, e-sign, all the things are done and it was approved 6 days ago. Is this company legit?

My cashe loan was approved on 6th of August 2023, but the amount never got disbursed. I kept emailing them, the response was there is some issue with the bank, it'll get credited within 5 days. Their whatsapp bot says their server is down i cant raise a query. Their in app chat service say they cant tell me the loan status. They kept calling me non stop for e mandate and e sign, but once that was done. I am unable to reach their customer care number.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

I applied loan on 9 August 2023, but the loan not disburse till now.i send a mail to the cashe team and said amount will be delivered in 5 days, previously disbursed happend instantly but this time is taking more time kindly disburse the loan amount..it's a request

Ive a creditline of 50000 but I'm not able to withdraw it at all.
