14 days gone.. from loan approved still not disbursed. Fraud app...

I have applied for loan of 20k. Its all approved and Sanctioned 14th July 2023. The App is still showing processing and I still haven't received any amount. Its been 10 day and I have mailed the support team multiple time now. There is still not responded.

I fear that they will deduct emi amount without me getting any money. i have also read many review of them troubling for emi to be paid, afecting my CIBIL Score...
