I applied for Cash Request from Cashe. At time of applying it is conveyed that Loan will be disbursed maximum in 24 hours. But today after lapse of 3 Days they are saying facing some technical issue.

Kindly disburse the amount soon as needed it urgently.

    As mentioned above I have cleared all the dues in cashe and now my credit line approved was 10000 when I want to take the money it's showing processing after a minute it's showing failed in history I have already raised this issue on 08/06/2023 but still not resolved the issue

      I am trying to foreclose my loan with Cashe. The Support Team don't respond back to the emails and they have no number I can call. To date, I have sent more than 30 emails to the Cashe support team and got a single reply that also with an Invalid Account Number. I requested the support team to look into this concern and provide me with valid bank account details to foreclose my loan, but there is no response.
      It seems like they are doing some fraud in the case of a foreclosing loan, providing wrong account details so your money will be credited to the wrong account and your loan still be active, and their call center guys asking you to pay the EMI on time.

        I have made my last penalty amount of 494 to bhanix kotak bank account to close the loan on 12th June. But they have still not updated the app even after sending them screenshot and bank statement.
        Does it take 24 hrs to check and update?

        Kindly look into it on priority.

            Hi
            I have already closed my loan with Cashe on 22nd May 2023, but still I am getting payment link messages on my number ateound 10 times a day for no reason. Your email support is not replying me. I am very much frustrated now, please stop this non sense otherwise I will lodge a police complaint and will write to RBI too regarding the same.

              I took loan from cashe app and I was paying the EMI without fail till April, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't able to do the payment for the past 2 months, because of this they are harassing me over the phone and threatening me tat they will come to my home for collecting the payment. I'm really feeling very bad as I'm a single mother, I requested for some time to do the payment. But they aren't ready n harassing me frequently. Kindly please help me so tat I can peacefully do the payment mostly by next month end with out any delay.

                I have paid my emi and again I have applied for the loan in cashe my credit line approved was 10000Rs and when I am apply to take the amount it's showing like loan processing after 1 minute it's failing it has been 5 days completely still the problem is not resolved at.

                  I have a pre-approved Creditline Limit of 40000 but whenever I tried to withdraw its getting transfer failed..I tried to contact Bhanix Finance a bunch of times but no one responded me back..They said that it's a technical glitch..I'm waiting to get a response from Cashe And Bhanix Finance for a long time..

                    I have made the due payment EMI for the month of June-23 on[protected] through Net banking manually and the receipt of payment was confirmed by Cashe.

                    After 1 hour of my payment they have again auto-debited the same amount once again. Now after complaining the same, nobody is responding and not giving any feedback.

                    This seems to be a proper planned scam and they are playing around us without responding. I will wait for 25 hours more and if they did not refund my money, will see it legally and will file an FIR too immediately.

                      Hi Team

                      I have applied for the cashe loan on 2nd of June and after 6 days they have cancelled process saying that transaction has failed. I have raised complaint 2 twice and after confirming that they will process amount its still got failed
                      I have applied again on app and it’s stuck at processing
                      Please check and resolve it ASAP.

                        My loan is approved from 02 June 2023 but still under processing and when asked their employee, he said amount will credited in 1 hour,
                        its been 6 days and its still showing in process.
                        i have rasied ticket on support.cashe.co.in twice still it has been not resoloved.

                          I recieved the loan amount on 5th June 2023 finally, thanks alot.
                          EMI due date is 5th July 2023 now.
                          I just have repayment query, I sent email on support email also but not getting the reply there .
                          My EMI will be auto deducted from my bank account on the due dates, correct ? Please confirm this ?

                          We would like to inform that since you have opted for auto debit, the EMI will be deducted on or within 48 working hours from the due date and it will reflect in your CASHe account in another 48 hours. There can be further delay if the due date falls on weekends or public holidays.

                          We would request your patience in the interim.

                          We would further request you to refrain from making manual payment during this period and maintain sufficient balance to avoid bounce charges.

                          In case there is no auto debit even after 3 working days (excluding weekends) from the due date, kindly make a manual payment through IMPS / NEFT or UPI from your net banking account.

                                I have applied for a loan on cashe on 05/06/2023 but still not yet disbursed since day 3.
                                company is sending mail regarding documents but i have updated the documents on app and the mail though.
                                so please look into this matter asap.

                                    Money not getting transferred even after excess credit limit. Its showing processing and at the end it says transfer failed in history. No support from the help desk. No reply on my email as well. I am constantly trying to apply fo loan feom last 5 days but no help. No customer support services. How is it an instatnt loan app when you cannot provide instant loan. My first experience with cashe was fabulous but this time its the worst

                                      My credit line is approved as my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com, but i am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write many mail to the cashe support team. They are giving the same reply as below.
                                      "we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
                                      Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by the bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved." Besides they replied we ll contact concerned department and ll be disbursal but not made yet. Request make it on priority as I need in emergency.

                                        I have applied loan from cashe and it was approved and still the money is not credited and showing it is on progress, it has been more than 3 Days. I have urgent need of money and even it is showing the emi details in the website. when I tried to mail the company from yesterday onwards there site is down only ticket is creating no follow ups, I cant call the customer care it is showing switch off please help me in this
