I have applied for Cash Request of 20000/- on 26/05/23. I was conveyed at time of applying that LOan will be disbursed Maximum within 24 hours. Based on that I applied for Loan as I needed it very urgently. But today on querying received a mail saying that they are facing technical issue and amount will be disbursed in 5 days.

I thought money will be credited within 24 hours, that's why I have applied for loan. Kindly confirm if there any further delay will be there to disburse the money, or it will credit soon to my bank account.so that I can check on some alternative for my requirement. If possible, kindly disburse soon.

    I applied for Cash Request from Cashe. At time of applying it is conveyed that Loan will be disbursed maximum in 24 hours. But today after lapse of 3 Days they are saying facing some technical issue.

    I thought money will be credited within 24 hours, that's why I have applied for loan. Kindly confirm if there any further delay will be there to disburse the money, or it will credit soon to my bank account.so that I can check on some alternative for my immediate requirement. If possible, kindly disburse soon.

            Hi,

            Cashe loan idDefaulted payment reminder for CLN #[protected]

            I have taken loan from cashe 1 year ago and had paid only 1000 rs due to financial issue and as the cashe app was bouncing the ecs multiple times from my account and the balance was going in negative and I was not having any amount to pay the loan and now this people has started hacking my contact and they are calling them and me multiple times and are sending sms from different website to me and my friends and telling that they will keep on calling all The contact that I have.

            Also I have told them that I can settle the amount in 2 installment but I can pay only at 5 July 2023 but they want the money now itself instantly and they have told me that they will make this 5 days hell for me.

            Please find the recording and the screenshot for your reference and he had also called me on WhatsApp where he had named me multiple contacts from my list and told he will call them all.

                I have been fcaing so much harrasement from cashe agents cashe is ruining its reputation by this type of agents their behaviour will lead to cancellation of NBFC i am attaching the screenshots here they have to answer for the harassement i am facing

                  Subject: Complaint against loan recovery agent for sending my picture to my contacts.

                  Dear Consumer Complaints officer,

                  I am writing to you to complain about the harassment that I have been facing from loan recovery agent, Sanjay.

                  On 23rd May 2023, Sanjay sent my picture to my contacts without my consent. This is a clear violation of my privacy and I am extremely distressed by this incident.

                  I have been a customer of NBFC (Cashe) for years and I have always made my loan payments on time. However, I recently fell behind on my payments due to some unforeseen circumstances. I have had no job since November 2022, Still, I am looking for a job. I am facing financial issues. I have been trying to work with your bank to make arrangements to repay the loan, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can help me.

                  Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Sanjay has chosen to harass me. He has been calling me at all hours of the day and night, and he has even come to my home unannounced. He has also been sending me threatening messages.

                  I am 23 years old and I am facing lots of issues regarding my job matter and I am already under a lot of stress. The harassment from Sanjay is making my life even more difficult.

                  I am requesting that you take immediate action to stop Sanjay from harassing me. I also request that you investigate this matter and take disciplinary action against him. And Also I have attached the proof of screenshot.

                    I withdraw amount in my credit line after approvals I withdraw on 20th May 2023 but amount still is in showing in process didn't credited. But company's according term's and condition is after approval amount to be disbursed in 15 to 20 minutes.But not credited yet.

                      I availing my credit line after approvals I availing my amount on 20th May 2023 but still yet not credited. Company rules is after approval 10 to 15 minutes take for amount disbursement.

                        My Loan is approved on 18th MAY but still not credit, you have get the balance 23.33% also. please cancel my loan and complete delete and logout in your cashe account

                                  Loan amount not credited and First EMI is reflecting! How is this possible? Why are you not resolving the issue? IN NEED OF MONEY !
