I have applied for a loan of ₹35000 and was approved for the same amount as well. I have completed all the steps including signing the agreement and E-Mandate. But I still haven’t received my funds. My loan was approved on May 2, 2023. This is frustrating as they promise a disbursal time of 15-20 minutes. It’s hard to make decisions when the timeline is extended.

    As aman told me to pay 2000 for processing it as for cashe as my family is facing medical issue ie of Cancer and also I have process it.

    Even i have processed it from end however since 4 days it has not been reflected into my account.

      One the employee have asked.for 2000 also I have paid because initially he has done the process so after 4 times amount has not been credited since 1 may as it is showing it has been processed so request you to kindly credit it and even support email is not working

          Hello Team,

          I have applied for a loan from cashe and the amount hasn't been received yet. and on the dashboard, it shows the loan has been approved and the amount has been sent to my account.

          When I try to contact customer support, my email has failed to send an error is coming.

          Please look into this matter they are making money like this we have to stop this type of activity.

              Payment not done to irctc and not booked the ticket

              Address: Kerala - 689584

              Booked the ticket in irctc and choose cashe option. They deducted the money from the cashe credit limit and the ticket is not booked. after booking the page asked to sign virtually with the Aadhar, which I did and entered the otp also. The document shows all green tick after entering the otp from the Aadhar registered mobile number which means they made to sign the contact. But there is no email or message I I have received.

                Applied for loan on 2 May 2023
                Still no details showing up in app only showing processing and when checked from web 1 june 2023 is my due date for payment its showing!!!
                I mean what nonsense is going on??

                  To Team CASHe,

                  I got approved for a loan, auto-debit registration & e-sign successfully completed on the 29th of April’23. Today is the 02nd of April’23 and the loan amount is not disbursed yet. Nobody from your side is not responding to my calls. After writing several emails, no response. Still waiting for the money to be credited.

                  Applied for this loan with a heavy interest rate because of the urgency, If you are delaying further I don't have any use with the same. I can't wait any further, please disburse the same on urgent at least by today or else advise me how to cancel the same... I will look into alternative solutions.

                    At first, everything seemed fine, but after I applied for a loan on April 29th, the status has been stuck on "processing" for the past three days with no means of contacting the lender. Despite multiple email inquiries, there has been no response. This lack of concern for their customers is unacceptable, and I advise against using this app for loans. Instead, consider applying for a loan from a bank which offers lower interest rates and can disburse loans within 1-2 days. It's a fake app and false promises

                          I have taken loan from cash E and there’s small amount due which I was not able to pay due to personal problems. Now collection agent Named Nakul is constantly calling and behaving in extremely rude manner saying they’re going to send people to my house for collecting full amount which is more than the amount I’ve taking and paid combined. If I’m not able to make the payment he’s saying there’ll be consequences [putting what he said in the nicest way possible here].
