CLN1863843- I had taken a loan of 3 lakhs and have made the payment on 15th, 17th and the remaining amount on 19th, cumulative 3 lakhs the same through NEFT and the same is reflecting on the app, i recieved an email on 22nd that payment is not reflecting in our account provide supporting documents, i have sent my bank statement along with the app screenshot but i haven't received any acknowledgement or any emails so far after repeated follow ups, no one picks up the customer care number as well neither anyone calls back
I want to know the interest amount till the 19th so that i can proceed with the loan closure.
It's extremely frustrating that i need to wait for so many days to get an email
