I have completed the e-mandate and Esign on Monday 28.04.2023 But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval.

      It's been a week where my l credit line amount was approved on[protected]and today i e one[protected] cashe team is not disbursing the amount and coustomer executive are not responding properly to my mails from past 1week commitment that amount will be disbursed in 48hrs

      It's almost 10days still no coustomer support from cashe is responded they are delaying everyone in disbursement and not responding to mails.
      There is no specific coustomer care number to contact them playing with coustomer and wasting time

        Good noon my name is Shivan Bakshi i have applied for 270 days loan my CLN 10811611 for 106000 which was approved in my mobile app.and showing we are transferring your amount from 27 april 2023.further one of your executive called me on 27 april 2023 regarding the same and asked me some queries and asked me to process with E-Mandate i have done the same.but till now amount is not credited and executive is not responding his no are.[protected].i am in dire need of cash, you customer care no is also not responding .early reply will be appreciated .

          I'm very disappointed to write this correspondence regarding the delay in the loan disbursement. I applied for a loan with CashE on the 21st of April. Though it was approved and even completed e-sign formalities on the same day, today is the 9th day still the same has not been reimbursed yet. I have made a couple of commitments by trusting CashE & now I don't have any idea/information from team CashE regarding the reimbursement. None of your toll-free numbers is working, the last communication was about the reimbursement within the 5th day of the loan approval. The 5 days are over now & I do not have any use if it is getting further delayed.

          I would request somebody please look into this matter seriously & help with the amount that is getting transferred today. If it is not possible, please write back to me & I will find an alternative solution, I will stop using the CashE app.

          Waiting for your immediate response for the same.

            CLN1863843- I had taken a loan of 3 lakhs and have made the payment on 15th, 17th and the remaining amount on 19th, cumulative 3 lakhs the same through NEFT and the same is reflecting on the app, i recieved an email on 22nd that payment is not reflecting in our account provide supporting documents, i have sent my bank statement along with the app screenshot but i haven't received any acknowledgement or any emails so far after repeated follow ups, no one picks up the customer care number as well neither anyone calls back

            I want to know the interest amount till the 19th so that i can proceed with the loan closure.

            It's extremely frustrating that i need to wait for so many days to get an email

                  Loan ID CLN #719388

                  I got approved for a loan, auto-debit registration & e-sign successfully completed on the 21st of April’23. Today is the 28th of April’23 and the loan amount is not disbursed yet. Nobody from your side is not responding to my calls. After writing several emails, somebody responded that the amount will be credited within 5 working days from the loan approval date. 8 days are over now including 5 working days. Still waiting for the money to be credited.

                  Applied for this loan with a heavy interest rate because of the urgency, If you are delaying further I don't have any use with the same. I can't wait any further, please disburse the same on urgent at least by today (28th / 29th April 23) or else advise me how to cancel the same... I will look into alternative solutions.

                  It's very urgent... I don't want this loan if you have delayed again (max 29th April) . There is not use for this.

                    I applied for loan of amount 25000 but it's not yet reflected in my bank. It's showing processing only from 4 days. According to Your WhatsApp assistant it should reflect within 48 hrs but it's been 102 hrs and the amount is not yet received. Also tried to mail at [protected]@cashe.co.in but there's only automated reply and no one have tried to contact yet.

                            Loan approved but amount not disbursed

                            After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                            Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                      I have applied for a loan on 21th April, and I got a notification of email and in that email it mentioned that credit limit of 10000 is approved, but it in the app it still showing as processing and the amount still doesn't credited to bank account.
                                      I got a mail from customer care on 24th April and they said to me that loan will be disbursed within 48 hours, now 48 hours passed, however, the amount isn't credited to bank account.

                                      I have taken already 4 loan from cashe but never had such situation before.
