My CLN 6313512. I applied for credit line from cashe on 29/02/24 which got approved on the same day stating the funds will be disbursed to your account within 3 working days. After numerous emails to Cashe the loan still hasn’t been disbursed. They have no customer care number. Fraud company. After mailing them they give you only these fraud reasons stating estimated etr 5 days, banking problem, upgradation of our disbursal system and internal audit. All these things don’t take 11 days. It is mental harassment for the customers

Still waiting for the amount. Now it’s 12 days
If you delay the in loan payment they harrase the customer giving threat and calling family members but when they need to release the fund they just ignore all the mails. RBI should strict action against CASHe

Dear team,

I paid my whole salary to close the previous loan so that I can apply again as I was promised that the loan is already approved and got the 100 revert from you stating that my loan is already approved it’s just the bank issue and it will get credited soon. And after 15 days you guys are rejecting my loan. Now I left with no money, this is fooling your customers by giving them false hope.
YOU REFUND MY PREVIOUS MONEY WHICH I GAVE YOU TO CLOSE MY LOAN 1, 06, 000 OR GIVE ME THE NEW LOAN AMOUNT .
I am going to take it very seriously now going to do the consumer complain and I have all the mail in which you have said within 5 days my loan will get credited.

    I am an existing customer since 2019. I applied for a loan on 2nd March after pre-closing the existing one by paying 40, 000. Now the application status is showing as "Processing". I also wanted to update the bank account in the app. Raised several tickets and all of them have been closed without any resolution. I have sent several e-mails as well and all I am getting is automated responses. This is very critical for me and needs to get addressed immediately. PFB all relevant details !

    Expected resolution:

    1. Update by bank account for loan disbursal (details already shared via ticket and e-mail)
    2. Approved loan need to be disbursed

However, please expect some delays in disbursals as the disbursement process involves multiple banking partners, and any delays within the banking network, such as transaction processing times or communication delays, can impact the overall timeline. While we are actively communicating with our banking partners to shorten the turn around times, these process do involve some complexities and hence will affect the disbursal time.

    Furthermore, please be informed that your repayment date will be calculated from the date the loan amount is successfully transferred to your bank account. This information will be updated in your CASHe account for your reference.

    Team, the request has been rejected again mentioning I have to login via netbanking. Please note, the option to login via netbanking is grayed out in your app (Screenshot attached). Please check the ticket and help. It's been 16 days I am behind this. Never had these kind of bad experience with Cashe in the past.

      My loan with CLN#8759103 was approved on 23rd February but till now amount is not disbursed in my account. I request you to please disburse the amount or please let me know if it will be disbursed ever? Please let me know when I can receive the funds. You have provided 5 days etr but still I have not received the amount. I am getting same below automated replies every time I drop an email to you.

              I applied loan with cashe on 09 Feb 2024 and loan was approved on same day but disbursal was not done. On 12 Feb 2024 customer support executive called me and said due to technical issue we are cancelling your loan please reapply the same. I reapplied the loan on 12 Feb 2024 (Loan ID 4095504) and loan was sanctioned on same day but disbursal was not done. In between I have continues follow up with on mail because customer support contact number never transfer calls to executive. They should close there customer support number. I have escalate the matter till there grievance officer but disbursement not done On 06 March one executive called again and same process repeated again due to technical issue we are cancelling your loan please reapply the same. I reapplied the same on 06 March 2024 and loan approved within hour only but funds not disbursed till date i.e. 09 March 2024. They are playing with me cancel and reapply game.

                      I applied loan on Feb 8 2024 and after 29 days, it’s showing transfer failed. I applied again on March 7 . I am waiting for disbursal since Feb 8 2024. Please quickly resolve this issue

                        Loan was approved on 3rd March but I have still not received the funds. When I call the customer service number, they say that disbursement will happen within 72 hours and today its been 4 working days. I hope you understand that people take loans due to some emergency and are fine paying the interest associated with it.

                                      CASHE LOAN NOT YET DISBURSED DATED since 1st MARCH 2024, (CLN[protected] for NITIN. It is more than 72 hours.
                                      Plus i am a good old customer of Cashe, not new. I have closed 1 loan already succesfully sir paying all the EMI on time .
