Loan Transfer failed

Hello
My credit line is approved about a month ago. Still, I am not able to use it. Every time I apply for a loan to use my credit line. It is going to processing and after some time it shows a Transfer failed. I tried last month to apply but did not get the money. So many times I try to contact its support team. Write 100 of mail to the cash e support team. They are giving the same reply as below.

I am a regular user of cashe, have been paying all dues timely from past 4 months. Last month it was delayed due to personal reasons. There agents called me abused and harrassed me in the worst way possible. They made sexual comments of my body.
They abused my mom by saying " ask her sit infront of temple and beg n get money", commented on me the worst way possible calling me a beggar 100 hundred times. Threatening me illegally.
Abusing me and mentally harrassing me to the extent that i don't want to live anymore.
Used harsh words to the extent that my mother is having high blood pressure.

I will seek police help to solve this matter

    I have taken loan from Cashe, and due to some medical issues I have not paid my some emi on time and I was agreed during communication with cashe team as when I am able to pay then I will pay all emi with penalty, but they used my personal data and call to my family, relatives, friend and now they harrass to my company people. Pl do the needful

      My loan is approved on 20/4/2023 and its still in process. E mandate is done. And still in process. Amount not disbursed ...its emergency situation. I have sent mail to cash e and no response. Amount not credited yet. Please look into this

          1000 of calls msgs and emails... To everyone I informed... I and shared the statement as well.. Still not updated and msgs from different sources...pls do something... And update

            My this month April, EMI was auto debited from my bank account on 17th.still not showing in the application. I informed many time along with the bank statement to the people who calls and msgs me on behalf of cashe. Even emailed the same. Still calls and messages. It has been 3 days. Got auto debited.. Still unwanted calls and msgs.

              Someone have stored my contact number being job provider. they have hacked the person mobile and start calling my number which is in his contact list. Now they are asking me to connect him. Even I dint know whom they are speaking about. Unnecessarily keep calling me and creating disturbance. if any number in the phone it dosent mean that we know the person personally. Such a aggressive note and voice for the person who is not connected to this at all. Severe action to be taken for this data violation and creating nuisance / threatening call / message to unknown person.

                I am using Cashe finance since 27.02.2020 with all EMIs paid ontime, now due to some medical emergency I was unable to paid my last 2 emi.

                and they are calling me and using abusing language and reading to all my contacts which is in my phone means they have hacked my mobile. because cashe executive (rahual Patel Wahtapp no. [protected]) give me detail of my Contact which i m not share to cashe.

                And after that they r started calling at my contacts with abusing language.
                and this matter already mail with wahtapp chat detail to Cashe support email id but not getting any solution.

                Can any one suggest it it the matter of Cyber Crime because they stolen my mobile date and Bleach of of privacy

                          I have taken two loan from CASHE for booking IRCTC ticket. I cancelled the one ticket and the amount was refunded so one load was closed. Only I have to pay Rs 101. For the second loan I paid 2 EMI but in the app it is showing that I have cleared only one dues. So please l;ook into this.

                                  Yesterday one of Cashe's executives called me and requested to complete everification on my iPhone since app is not available in iPhone.

                                  She assured me that this verification is to be done to avail credit line, which I can use later if needed.

                                  I was pretty insistent that I don’t need the loan now, but she forced me to complete everification. After few minutes, loan of 187000 was disbursed to my account.

                                  To make matters worse, I was not even given option to review ROI, tenure, payment terms etc.

                                  In spite of repeated requests made to recall the loan, I was not given proper reply.

                                  WhatsApp number which executive contacted me: +[protected].

                                  I won’t be able to repay the loan with such high ROI, and I don’t to want to default on loan.

                                    I am fed up of your automated emails requesting me to pay the emi. Please give me the transaction details for which you are asking me to pay back. I tried using Cashe app to book a ticket on irctc but the session timed out and I booked it with my bank account, but I'm shocked that Emi at Cashe started without me successfully using it.

                                      I am using Cashe finance since 2.5 years with all EMIs paid ontime, now due to some medical emergency I was unable to paid my last emi and intimated to the Cashe support for pending emi will be paid on 30th April.

                                      Still they are calling me and using abusing language and reading to all my contacts which is in my phone means they hv hacked my mobile as well.

                                      And after that they r started calling at my contacts and using false n abusing language.

                                      Kindly look into this kind of scam through which they are mentally torcher and harassing the people and collect the heavy amount by blackmailing.

                                      Already shared email to RBI and planning to visit Media house very soon.
