    It's been almost a month since the loan is been approved but not disbursed. Everytime I am complaining through tickets, getting an automatic response and no calls to update the status of the loan.

    I don't know how long it will take more to get clarity on the loan.

      Worst service I have seen from any finance company.
      Firstly they have approved application. But loan not transferred. after 10 days I received a message that fund transfer failed.
      Reapply fo higher limit when I have reapplied. Application is showing we have received your documents. We will verify and get back to you. I have sent so many mails. Every time getting reply like your application is in reveiw stage somone of our team will contact you.

      Just approve or cancel my application. Otherwise I will take a lagal action against cashe for Mental torture.

        Firstly they have not transfer the fund after replying in 10 days that fund transfer failed. Kindly reapply, when I have applied on 27th of March there is no such response from their team even after so many mails.

        Every time I got similar response that your application is in reveiw stage we will contact you soon.

        Worst service I have ever seen. No such response neither application approving nor application accepting.

          I am customer of cashe since years. Still these people don’t understand the meaning of “emergency funds” as i am applying for disbursement of funds from the credit line itself only automated replies are given by the customer care waiting for disbursement from 2 months applying again and again. False promises are done by them. Need proper action asap from the company cashe. No proper action is been taken from the company even after repeated mails to cashe and whatsapp support too.. This was my trusted platform before but i am loosing my trust i have been raising tickets to take some action but everytime i get same automated replies and ticket is been resolved???                 My loan no is 4232374 my loan was approved on 20th 03.2024 .After receiving loan approval confirmation from both in mail and in application the amount is still not transferred in to my account. As I need this fund urgently I am requesting you to kindly transfer this amount into my account. It's been more then 8 Days now and even after rasing multiple tickets they still haven't transferred the money into my account. Please help me I really need this fund

                Today a executive called me and said I have to reapply for the loan as my disbursement was failed due to technical issues. And she clearly mentioned that the amount will be disbursed today itself. Now when I reapplied as per the her instructions now the loan application started from the beginning..
                I want to understand why this company is harassing us like this . After waiting for 20days they are doing this

                    I have applied loan on cashe and got approved, but till now there is no disbursement and no one is responding to emails, i have closed my previous loan by 22k and applied for new for my medical needs, based on trust I have cleared my past loan, now new loan was not disbursed and my pockets were empty, i am keeping mails daily but getting automatic reply that with in 5 days you get the disbursement amount from past two weeks the same mail I am getting daily, can you please resolve the issue

                    I have applied loan for 94000/- for 12 months by closing previous loan, and till now after keep on mailing got an reply emails saying that it will get disbursed in 5 days, , this is keep on going from past 15 days, now suddenly they have changed the status to rejected asking for bank statements and again they are starting the process from first,

                    This is not at all fare being a loyal customer since 2017, this is very unfare, till now they said my loan got approved and ready to disburse And now suddenly asking for additional documents though I have uploaded the statements, but this is not at all fare playing with our emergency needs

                    Now I have gone for credit approval, now how many more days it will take for approval and how many more days it will take for disbursal, can you please sought out

                    This is the same message I am getting in emails as well, now one will respond and this is autogenerated messages, i was really fed up, playing with comman mans emergency situations, as I am in emergency i have cleared existing loan and applied for new loan and from one month this i sthe same messages I am getting, previously you said loan will be disbursed in 5 days and after few days they have cancelled and again asking for documents, again I have submitted and process was started again, now they are saying credit line approval, after that again for amount disbursement again they will take time I don't know how to face my situation, i was really frustrated and no updates, daily I am getting automated mails

                    I don't know what is happening with my account, again they are saying that to upload the bank statements, I think these people are doing wantedly for delaying the process, even after raising the complaints here also issues are not getting resolved, I don't know why these people are playing with emergency needs, even there is no response just simply getting automated mails, if these people doesn't have funds they would have said that further loans cannot be accepted, but these people are playing like anything and no use of raising our concerns here

                    I don't know what is happening with my account, this is fifth time these people are asking for additional documents, and daily by evening my status is getting changed and asking for additional documents i was applied loan on March 12th 2024 and till now there was no update from them and asking for additional documents

                    I think these people are doing wantedly, even after consumer complaints also no one is bothering the issue

                        Such a pathetic service. I have been using cashe for many years now and now when i am applying for loan everytime they are rejecting starting the documents are to be uploaded
                        Have uploaded the bank statment 3 times and still they are rejecting and not even specifying which document they need. Online bank verification also has been disabled and i have

                        I have been regular customer now days i have very bad experience with this app now its 10 days for loan email them many times they keep replying will get in touch but they never contact, infect reset profile and tell submit latest bank statement which has been already done, there app doesnot do auto verfication of statement and mandate but still they force to do it and nothing happens.                           3 times my loan has been approved since 1st March 2024, then after waiting for disbursal for 7-8 days, they cancel the application stating disbursement failed. My applications have been cancelled 3 times in last 20 days, that too after approving the loan request. They call themselves and ask to apply for loan, stating some technical issue at there end.

                          On call they mention funds will be disbursed within 10 minutes, these 10 minutes turn into 10 days, then 10 months..

                          Customer support is useless apart from automated replies you get no help.

                          Why do you even approve loans when you cant disburse in time.????
                          Cancel the application is first go itself, so at-least we will not have hopes of getting funds.

                          Loan is taken for emergency and such delays and later cancelling the application is complete harassment on our part.

                          This inspite of me being a consumer of this app for 6-7 yeas now.

                            I have cleared my loan on 23rd march 2024 and I have reapplied on the same day for the loan from cashe and the status is in now processing and I didn’t receive any loan amount from cashe so kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                            I am not getting any response from your end it’s already 1 week over after applying the loan from cashe. But till know it’s showing as transfer is under process and iam not getting any response from your end. Kindly give update on this and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                            Horrible customer support I didn’t receive any update from 27 March 2024 and read the below message properly and reply fast and do the needful.

                            Still how many days you required to credit the loan amount which I have applied it’s already two weeks are getting over. This is not fair because I have applied because of an emergency purpose. Apart from that you have not credited the loan amount to my account may know how many days required to process For crediting the loan amount to my account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest as it’s already two weeks over. It’s an emergency purpose. I can’t able to ask again and again if you’re not going to Credit it’s okay and cancel my loan request also thank you. Because I applied for an emergency purpose. You have not responding properly for the mail which I have sent, you have to keep a certain date regarding the disbursal of loan amount you want more than two weeks to credit the loan amount which the customer required they applied the loan for an emergency purpose. So kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

                              After uploading all the documents my credit line approved. First of all you kindly understand that. From approved credit line I am not able to with draw funds.
                              Once the credit line approved after scrutiny of all documents, what is the necessity to upload again and again the documents.

                                I am using cashe since 3 year but this time when I have closed my loan and applied for new loan the loan amount not disbursed since 4 days past. I have sent many mails to their customer support.Every time they are saying there is some technical issue at banks end. How this is possible. Their service getting worse day by day. Just disburse the amount or cancel my application why their is so much time taking?

                                Still processing.. either cancel it or transfer the money. Still getting sms and emails from Cashe that you are eligible for loan. Pls apply now and it will be transferred in now time. Wat the hell these people are doing. Already my loan application is processing by them for last one week and still asking me to apply for new loan.. wat a scam

                                  I am a cashe client since 3 years and closed all my loan on time but this time when I have applied for loan they have just approved my application and still 4 days past bug amount not credited.

                                  I have sent so many mails but they only responded that your application have been approved and due to some technical issue at bank your funds have not released till now.

However, please expect some delays in disbursals as the disbursement process involves multiple banking partners, and any delays within the banking network, such as transaction processing times or communication delays, can impact the overall timeline. While we are actively communicating with our banking partners to shorten the turn around times, these process do involve some complexities and hence will affect the disbursal time.

                                  Furthermore, please be informed that your repayment date will be calculated from the date the loan amount is successfully transferred to your bank account. This information will be updated in your CASHe account for your reference.

                                    I have applied a cash loan through Cashe credit Line on 10/03/24 & the same is approved by Cashe Team, but still the approved amount not disbursed after 12 days still status showing in apps is processing.Tried creating multiple tickets, informing them of my medical emergency but there was only automated response of bank issues, technical problems and payment gateway issues.

                                    Based on last communications with Cashe customer support representatives, they committed me that within 48 hours (i.e.by 21st Mar'24) the sanction loan amount to be disbursed but again they failed to fulfill the commitment.

                                    Only false promises and no response has caused multiple problems with mental harassment financial crunch.

                                    My CLN No. is 1372341.

                                    Earlier I don't faced this type of issue from Cashe, but recently their performance very much detoriated.

                                    Please look into this matter & try to resolve at the earliest

                                        After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them.{e would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

                                        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

                                        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

                                        We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

                                        And after 13th day I got email that loan has been rejected and upload the latest bank statements and reapply. So I did the same .

                                        After 5 days I got credit line approved . But even after approving I'm not able to avail the loan .

                                        This is so frustrating for me . I have written tons of emails to them .

                                        This is my 20th day trying to apply for the loan. But still no response.
