I have applied for 3rd loan, last 2 loans were quick and smooth. But this time it has been 3days and still under process. I have raised queries through their provided customer care services but its not satisfactory.

    My loan status is still showing in processing in app but in website it shows disbursed and they have started to count EMI. I have complained about it many times and also sent mails with proof of my loan application and they received that my loan money will be disbursed in 48 hours but I still did not get anything. My loan has approved but still hasn't credited in my account. I tried to call on the number which was provided in your website but it seems they blocked my number. Now I'm totally fed up with the CASHE service. Also customer care is not available and no one responding on mails too. Also CASHE team have not contacted me yet as per they told me on mail. I was told that my loan will be disbursed in 48 hours but zero response from CASHE afterwards. Kindly look into the matter and resolve this at earliest.

                I have completed the e-mandate and Esign on Friday 03/03/2023. But till is showing me that still processing. As per your company rules, the money should credit with 10 to 20 mins after approval. But still i didn't receive the money

                    It's been over 48 hours, loan is approved but not disbursed, all e mandatory and auto debit is compete, status shows we are transferring your loan since 2 days !

                    I tried to raise a query on CASHe whatsapp support it says, server down please try later. I tried to email your customer support; I get only system generated emails. I have emailed your senior leadership in Cashe ( J Rana, T Dcruz & Y Tyagi, none of them have allocated an expert to fix it or got back. Only person to reach out to is R Kumar now . All my emandate, digital sign is complete 3 days ago, not sure what else is required. I got a call from a lady stating money will be credited in 5 mins, its been 72 hours as of now. Kindly process the money or let me know if it cannot be done.

                      App shows amount is approved, i have signed the emandate but amount is not disbursed.I got a call from cashe rep stating that amount is approved and would be disbursed in 30 minutes, now it's more than a day the amount is still not credited to account

                              Dear sir my credit line loan has been approved on 1 March 2023 but still it is showing in processing and money not credited in bank. It is already 4days running so please kindly look into the matter and disburse the amount as soon . Before I took Two times loan from Cashe and it got credited within 10 mins after approval for which i refer to many of my friends to use Cashe.But this time it was already 4days delay after approval.So, please kindly disburse my laon amount in to my bank account.

                                I've paid all my due in correct time. But they are calling me often and said "you should pay your due with penalty". Approximately 20times they asked me to send the screenshot of my payment and I also sent all screenshots to them. Even though they didn't close my account.. That's why I couldn't borrow housing loan.. Its very urgent.

                                  I am an existing customer of Cashe. Due to urgent situation I applied for a loan on 2nd March 2023. It was approved, however amount is not yet Disbursed and it still shows as processing. As Cashe claims instant disbursement, it's incorrect. Delay is disbursement will impact me badly as I applied for an urgent situation. Kindly help in expediting this.

                                      I have done the settlement for CASHE finance on 18th oct & still they re trying the ECS with my HDFC account. It looks like they re trying to do some fraudulent transactions.
                                      I even stopped using the bank account but, still they re bouncing intentionally.
                                      I have screenshot of settlement letter & payment proof with me.
                                      I paid ₹40000 in a single shot!!
