    CASHe Loan Account No: [protected]

    My Cash loan of Rs. 15k got approved and is showing PROCESSING since 15th jan'23, but the amount is not credited yet in my account. Its already 18th jan today.

    Could you please credit the same ASAP, as its last day to pay my Course fees.

          Hi Team,
          I have been complaining repeatedly via email ( since no contact number for cashe ) regarding my repayment. I have used the credit from cash e and repayed as well. Received NOC as well for the payment i have made, but still the company keep asking me to make payment for those i have already paid.. i have sent multiple emails as well, but not received any response with details.. really feeling like my money getting looted.. pls arrange a call from cash e to get the explanation.
          And the train tickets were cancelled and the amount refunded from IRCTC to cashe that meant an excess credit to cashe that also I'm not able to take out. Really need help to resolve it.

                  I had taken a loan from cashe but unable to pay my loan due to job loss. Now they are calling and slthreatning me by saying that they will call my reference. Infact, they had call my few relatives l specially by female callers. They might be theft my data they are saying that they will send the details by posting that I am fraud & all these kind of stuffs. Please help

                                  Even after 4 months of paying all the due amount with excessive fines and interest, I can still see that my loan [protected] is still active and has an outstanding amount. I have been following up with customer care for 4 months and you have promised several times that you will update but still to no avail.
                                  Please update my status at Credit report facilities ASAP.

                                    Hi,

                                    I took loan from cashe and pre-closed the loan but since the emi was close it was processed. So I paid excess amount of 13361. I got response from cashe that the excess amount will be refunded in 24-48hrs now it’s more than 5-6 working days and there is no communication from their team. I have emailed them twice but there is no response either.
