Cashe — CASHe 270 Loan Disbursement Issue

I applied for the CASHe 270 Loan product - Amounting to 50k on 04/03/2023. The loan was approved and disbursement was in the processing state. The status was the same till 10/03/2023 and then it showed the transaction failed and I was asked to re-apply. I applied again for the same product and amount on 10/03/2023. The status is still the same - Loan Approved but disbursement is still in processing.
