Cashe — Cashe credit not used but EMI started and they asking to pay the EMI

Hi,
I am fed up of your automated emails requesting me to pay the emi. Please give me the transaction details for which you are asking me to pay back. I tried using Cashe app to book a ticket on irctc but the session timed out and I booked it with my bank account, but I'm shocked that Emi at Cashe started without me successfully using it.
Why should I pay the EMI?
