Cashe — EMI Paid but it's not reflected in Cashe Application

I have paid my Final emi of Cashe loan on the Kotak bank account mentioned in Cashe Application but the Emi paid is not reflected in Cashe Application. Iam regularly sent mail and also sent all the screenshot of bank stmt with them. But the customer care is not responding.
Emi paid on August 14 2022 on Rs.9533.
I need the resolution ASAP.
