Cashe — late emi

I borrowed a loan from cashe which is a split emi for 3 months. I had made 2 payments and there was a delay in my last payment. Person named nancy and her contact number is +[protected] called and was very rude in asking me to make the payment. I informed there will be delay and asked to charge me penalty and late fee for that. This was the last payment which i had to complete. This person somehow found my contacts list and started calling my job md regarding the payment and also informed that they tried calling my friend but no response. I'm not sure if this app actually has access to our contacts list and also not sure how they get to know our personal information. Date of incident: 28/11/2018
