My Name is Sagar Gupta, I applied for a personal loan on 16 Jan 2024 but till date my loan amount has not been disbursed . Almost one month has passed and my loan amount has not been disbursed. Please tell me why you are taking so much time in disbursement. You are making fun and wasting people's time and playing with the patience level of the customer.If you do not want to give loan then reject the loan application why showing loan application under processing and fund disbursement under processing. Please escalate my request if you did not do these then please cancel my loan application. I saw your review and customer request on a consumer complaint website. Bad customer service and thousands of applications are pending loan disbursement. I have sent 20 e-mails regarding this but no solution is received. Please do the needful.
